ITT: Games no one played.
There will never be a sequel.
>>248624729
Just what I was thinking.
To be fair, I found this for 2 dollars.
This is a fucking weird game.
>>248624061
is this game good?
>>248624061
It looked a lot like the kings field games, I hope it will one day be translated.
>>248627650
Its a great game, a little too confusing.
Muh shit. At the time.
Does /v/ know this game? This was THE shit. I mean, you had an axe built in your shotgun and all kinds of amazing stuff.
>>248627650
thats the only game i ever played where you cant beat it unless you lose ie die
No one else played this because it's fucking garbage.I actually completed this game.
Boom.
>>248628150
I played the demo a long time ago and it was fucking great. I remember that a great deal of hullabaloo was raised around its release because of a vampire sex scene or something, right?
I swear to god it's good. Like Tecmo Super Bowl
>>248628150
I had the demo.
When I saw Bloodborne's trailer I immediatly thought about Darkwatch. It's not exactly the same style of game but it has the same 19th century industrial feeling.
Yeah. This was a thing.
>>248627650
Holy shit I remember this game. I hated this game. My whole family tried it figure it out and never got anywhere. Child me didn't understand it and neither does current me.
>>248627545
I remember xplay reviewing this game and giving it a 1 out of 5.
This was one of the greatest games.
>>248628150
I rented this game growing up, best thing I ever spent some money on.
It was so fun.
>>248627851
10.000 Bullets was the fucking bomb.
>>248628683
PC port of this game is one of the first games I ever played for some reason.
>>248629372
Man, that stream that got posted here a while ago was hilarious.
Too bad I lost the connection after the unicorn-mines.
>>248624061
Didn't that game basically straight out lie to you?
Which made you completely unsure of whom to trust or help?
shenmue 3
Well, they were played by other people too, but I don't believe someone else on 4chan does
I still haven't gotten any replies to posting this game to this date. I really wonder if I'm the only one who played it.
That same release date with Type-0 really killed it.
First game I ever beat entirely by myself.
check dis
>>248629860
i remember reading about a game like that when i was like 5 or 6 in a game informer and i thought it was hella weird
>>248629860
i just burned the game on a cd a week ago so i can get around to playing it
Find me 3 niggas that ever played this
Fuuuuckiiiing zooooooop!
>>248624729
I still have that game
>>248630021
It's basically top down Zelda plus some feels and you have a robot. It's not as weird as it might seem.
>>248627824
It's good, but utterly confusing with what you have to do.
Basic gist is that you solve problems in a purgatory type area. Problem is that you don't know who's problems to solve and they may just fuck you over anyways for helping them.
>>248629860
I played it.
Crimson Sea, I totally S ranked that game, but I doubt anyone else ever played it.
I had no idea what I was doing
I guarantee you.
>>248624061
How come no one posted this yet?
>>248630310
Played the first and second
Was dynasty warriors in space.
This is the largest cover I could find on internet.
>>248630482
Picked this up from the local used games shop a couple weeks ago, sorry.
No one played this.
And casuals gamers wouldn't be able to complete it these days.
>>248630482
the games title alone is a goddamn meme dude, lots of people played it and its variants
>>248630482
Aw man I loved blaster master, I have my copy on the shelf
>tfw no other games with rainbow-blood
>>248630598
I have Kururin Squash. It's one of the only games that successfully induced rage in me.
More people need to play this.
my neighbor had this and would rape me as a kid.
Apocalyptica - plays like a medium-to-poor tier quake mod, shamelessly steals from Games Workshops WH40k Adeptus Sororitas
Google 'apocalyptica' for endless links to german 'symphonic metal' band, google 'apocalyptica pc' for actual game info
>>248628150
>no pc-native release
What were they thinking!?
>>248630785

I was almost buy it a few years back, ended up picking pic related instead.
>>248630943
I actually like this game. And the artist ends up making Senran Kagura games nowadays.
>>248631048
Yeah, but not for the entirety of the game though.
Besides there was a good reason to keep them separate.
You could just call Martian Gothic the first Dead Space potentially, maybe.
>>248631186
wait that's the guy who made senran kagura? i bought that shit soon after they announced that LE for europe

>>248630995
>loading screen simulator
>>248631254
>wait that's the guy who made senran kagura?
Yeah, Red Ninja is more down to earth though.
>>248631381
second one was harder imho
i managed to clear it using only 1 continue, and that was during the final stages where shit just wrecks you if you so much fuck a jump
really enjoyed it though, will certainly play again
>>248624729
what a piece of shit that was
>>248628150
xbox version cover
>>248628389
This was bad ass 90's. Shame it was a bit puzzling to kid me. It's possible to beat the game in under half an hour apparently.
>>248630338
Reloaded was better. The characters in these games were great fun.
>>248631186
I loved Altered Beast, this tried really hard to update it. Still fun to turn into a giant blue monkey and suplex zombies all day.
>>248630785
I played this game for a while not long ago but forgot about it. It stressed me the fuck out that there wasn't any reliable method to recover HP.
>>248631836
which version is better?
>>248630819
Downloading,
>>248631337
I think I kept seeing this game in game magazines, but I never had the chance to play it, or even saw it in stores.
I played the japanese psp version but apparently there was a localization for mobiles that I didn't know existed.
combat is standard oldschool jrpg and sorta plain but the real meat of the game is in the cooking system and how it works with leveling, story progression and what's available through crafting/shops/dungeons.
Onechanbara Bikini Samurai Squad
>>248632234
forgot picture
>>248632127
Can't really say, I've only played the PS2 version
>>248632384
sakura taisen on dreamcast was the shit

>>248632507
>defeated that giant insect

>VALLEY OF FUCKING DEFILEMENT 1.0
>>248630152
>played monster rancher for hundreds of hours

>"It's Megaman X! Fucking finally!"
>Darkwatch
I can already picture it.
>>248628150
Played through and finished it on Xbox, fuckin loved it.
I forgot about it for a while but was talking to someone about it because of bloodborn.
Duel wielding pistols with silver bullet was OP.
>>248632276
>implying I don't have 1000/1000 on that
>>248628229

>>248628150
Darkwatch in movie form - warrior-priests fighting vampires in the american west, villain looks exactly like protagonist of game
>>248630821
I kind of remember playing this, it seemed familiar to another game also. I always got raped to
>>248629243
>child me
>game came out in 2008
>>248635880
Isn't that based on a manhwa?
>>248635880
eh, this movie was kinda crappy.
>>248636059
Maybe he played the OG Saturn version that game out in '98? The fact that there was never an English translation of that version would probably explain why no one could figure out how to play it
>>248630152
I played a bootleg copy of this game about ten years ago. I actually thought it was pretty good.
Some of the art was strangely reminiscent of some Behemoth's work.
>>248636818
Actually dan paladin was a artist on that game, and hes the lead designer of behemoth. He had alot involved with whack
Never played a zelda game in my life but i loved this.
>>248624061

>>248637467

>>248629792
Uhhh, is that Perestroyka?
>>248628683
For some reason I completed this.
I didn't think it was good, and it was probably the first game I played.
Tameem of Donte fame made this.
It's pretty good. I liked it.
>>248627650
Bought that game for 2€.
Shoud get around playing it sometime.
>>248627650
This game is so convoluted no one would even believe it.
Can you save items? Who knows.
Can you recover health? Who knows.
Used up all the fuckhuge cannon shots before reaching the end floor? Oops.
No one tells you nothing and the manual is only there just because.
Like seven years since I got it and the only thing I can understand about it is that, somehow, is a good game.
The soundtrack was wondrous.
>>248624061
>>248641380
Everybody has played Raiden, you twat. It's like the most popular shmup of all time behind Touhou.
>>248628683
i own this. i forgot all about it
>>248630819
mein neger
>>248627650
I finished it, its up on the PSN store for download.
>>248640898
you can save items by branding them with "me", upon death they are still with you.
you can recover health in health recovering traps, or it regenerates slowly as long as you arent hungry.
>>248628683
I think i remember this shit. Wasn't there a bonus level with Sonic in it?
>>248632276
