No. Just like the PS4 pro, there's no reason to actually buy one, if the devs have to support the older version, it's going to be inherently limited. PS4 pro significantly more so because multiplayer aspects have to play identically, but I don't imagine scorpio will have 60fps multiplayer on some shit while xbone gets 30.

No, I personally I find it funny that the Xbox 1 and PS4 will be considered second gen soon..
