It was because of the low contrast gave it a "washed out" look. There's more contrast giving it a darker better look. They also changed some of the colors and it looks like they've toned down the use of that ugly neon purple, for a darker blues and purples instead.

Yeah, that's basically what I said when I saw the footage, it was like there was a floodlight pointed at the game and the models didn't fit the backgrounds at all, but back then almost every Bloodstained backer answered with "S-s-shut up, it l-l-looks fine"

Max Payne 3 if you're talking mostly shooting mechanics, but even if you limit it to just melee it does that good as well.

no it didn't, I'm fairly sure it's all a big marketing stunt. There are no leaks. The "hack" they posted about on twitter of all places is likely an ARG marketing stunt that'll tie into the story of the game.

An all-air cooler simply transfers the heat from the chip into the radiator, which is attached to the chip

But AIOs can have very large radiators because it doesn't have to fit above the chip
