I'm your prom-date you ugly symbiote sack of shit! My name, by the way, is Dunte.
The fuck? Is this for real? Did they just make a half way point between Dante and Donte and called it good?
>>380432528
Dunte is apt. He's not Donte and he's not Dante. Somewhere in between.
So we're all in agreement that this is a fact, right?
How is it a fact if you need agreement to make it true?
>>381016112
Bigger? Sure.
Faster? Likely.
Overall better? Fuck no.
>>381016209
it is a true fact. just seeing if /v/ agrees

videogame journalism is a fucking joke.

Can we finally agree Horizon is the true GoTY?

Is it actually good?
I've been looking at a new PS4 game and it's on sale where I am right now
If only Persona 5 hadn't totally stolen it's thunder. Even then it would have had a hard time against Nier Automata.
what went so horriblyright, /v/ros?
>>380431986
the $15 dollar price tag certainly helped.
Rushed ending, no real secrets except for barrels costumes, Trico is fucking dumb, Trico doesn't die

>>380431414
If you like Dota
>>380431414
Do you want a dumbed down spamfest that has more in common with StarCraft 2 and DotA than the previous Dawn of War games? Then yes, go ahead and buy it.
If you want actual Dawn of War, just keep playing DoW2 Elite.
>>380431414
The game is not that bad but the latest balance patch broke more things than it fixed.
The biggest issue is that most games are decided at the 5-7 minute mark. There are virtually no comebacks. Unless both players/teams are on a completely equal level the games will be over VERY quickly.
And if you are in this for the campaign don't even bother. It's complete dogshit in every way possible.
Why is there no hype for the new Xbox?
Nobody cares about MS anymore
Your specs don't matter when your games aren't fun.
>>380431341
If you have a capable PC there's literally no reason to buy this. The "exclusives" they have are either timed or on PC.
It's also too expensive. Had they matched the PS4 price point and sold it at a loss to try and regain some ground this gen I think they could've made more waves, but they really shot themselves in the foot with the price point yet again.
>no one cared about monster hunter
>world comes out
>SUDDENLY /v/ is filled with """"oldfags""""" from the ps2 era with over 1000 hours logged with each game
HMMMMMMMMMM
>>380431285
Are you implying that someone would go and tell lies on the internet?

>Three years ago in 2014, when Trevor Sutton was twelve years old, he was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer and given one year to live. Miraculously, Trevor beat every odd and has made it to 2017. He and his parents have bravely fought this terrible disease, and IGN, upon learning of how instrumental video games have been in his life, decided to interview him
>Unfortunately, Trevor's cancer has taken a turn for the worse, and he now has a maximum of one more year to live.
>"It's been hard on everyone, my family especially. The hospital at first refused to let me have so many video game consoles in one room, but eventually a doctor made them give up on it. I play mostly the SNES because my older brother has so many games for it, but the hospital recently gave me an Xbox One and a PS4."
>"If I'm being honest, the only reason I've been able to survive this long, besides my family's love, is video games and Marvel. I love their movies. I'm told I may survive to see Avengers 3, which I'm really looking forward to. My parents tried to get me interested in DVDs they bought of those old Star Trek series, but when I watched them I realized the shows were dead before I was even born, which made me depressed."
>>381014318
>We asked Trevor what his favorite games are. "Oh, that's easy. My favorite is Final Fantasy VIII by Squaresoft, I've played it a thousand times. My second favorite game is Half-Life 2 by Steam. If I could have just one wish, I'd love to see what they're planning for the next one." Trevor laughed grimly at this next statement: "After all, it's not like I could spoil it for anyone even if I wanted to."
>After the interview, we contacted Valve (the creators of the acclaimed Half-Life series) on Trevor's behalf, who declined to comment, but said that they wish him well
>The Make a Wish Foundation also contacted Trevor, and has set a date for Jeremy Renner, who portrays main character Hawkeye in the Avengers, to pay him a visit
