I need help finding a game I used to play when i was little. My brother had found this little blue handheld game with a couple buttons and a d-pad situation. I remember the buttons being hard to press but essentially besides the screen being like and inch by inch I loved it. I remember you would move your little character through rooms in a sidescrolling fashion and would pass this monster that would talk to you, I remember if you went to a certain area it would show a globe like thing and would take forever to load so I'd just turn it off and back on and there was a few minigames too. One if which is where you played tic tac toe with the monster and he was litty2titty at it and I remember when I first beat him. Now I googled the piss out of this but found Skannerz and im not entirely sure if thats some stuff that was in that game or not. Need help pls

Depends. If you want something different than usual and you don't mind something slow paced sure. It is a pretty unique experience due to the enviroment, with some great characters more the partners you have and those old ass vehicles are pretty great to use. And some lines will stick to your head.
But if you play, don't forget to "doubt" a lot when you don't have proof

Fuck this piece of shit game.
This is even worse than XCOM with the to-hit percentages. The AI always goes around formations and when I do the same the troops get overwhelmed. It is even worse when you use spearwall and they use shieldwall and lol at your face. I hate how I get tons of weapons, headgear but no armor. I hate I chip away skeleton's damage and then when it dies, the necro will raise it again.
Also, fuck goblins. These guys are the Killer Kobolds in all vidya. Sneaky little cunts.

It's just a underwhelming 3D Mario game, when 3D Mario games come to Nintendo consoles they're generally pretty exciting to people from 64, to Sunshine (to a lesser extent), to the Galaxy games. 3D World isn't bad but it wasn't hype as hell as the previous 3D entries or Odyssey have been. Plus people prefer the older-styled 3D Mario games, 3D World doesn't play like them and lacks a lot of what people liked from those.
