I played RC tycoons forever, I want something fresh.
So, now that it has been a few months what is the consensus on the switch? Is it worth buying?
>>381631313
Not yet. Wait for more games to come out.
It's worth buying about as much as any console that has been on the market for 3 months is. if you like the few exclusives it offers, then it's worth it
i want 1

NINTENDO WON
I'm surprised Bethesda actually took time to show it off.
Good on them for actually trying to market it compared to EA who didn't mention FIFA switch at all and will inevitably bitch that their no effort junk port didn't sell to expectations.

WON
is this worth getting?
It's fun but very overpriced. Top tier waifus.
Too buggy. I have seen people god mode float to win so no.
Thoughts on this? Some info came out about the game but it's still early in development.
>game's combat system, which revolves around Rage Management, a way for the werewolves to control their fury.
>if a werewolf loses control, he goes into a frenzy. This gives him the advantage of making him significantly more lethal, but leaves him unable to distinguish friend from foe, turning his rage onto anyone near him. This can even happen outside of combat; should a werewolf be provoked into a frenzy during dialog, he may well rip the conversation partner limb from limb.
> acting as a werewolf is only part of the game. As anyone knows, hidden within their furry shell is a human being, and when not transformed, that human is able to do some things the werewolves cannot, like stealthily sneaking and interacting with the environment in certain ways. Since the game has a modern-day setting, this includes operating computers. Due to the Garou's connection to nature, they can also tap into a spiritual power, the game's version of "magic", to give them yet another edge.

So the World of Darkness project is alive again?

I fucking love werewolves so yeah, sounds rad.
Some of my favorite werewolf games included Hunter: The Reckoning Redeemer which had two werewolves as bonus characters and the Underworld game which let you play as werewolves who could transform at any time for as long as they want. That game was weird cuz like it was based on isometric run n gun but as a werewolf you can only melee so you're kinda ignoring an entire part of the game which felt weird.
What I'm getting at is there hasn't really been many games to feature lycanthropy as anything other than a gameplay gimmick so a werewolf RPG in the same vein as Vampire The Masquerade sounds totally rad and I'd buy it.

The real question is will the game...let you take the knot?
