assuming you are being sincere and not shitposting:
-gameplay always comes first, if you want something story driven, look elsewhere
-excellent combat mechanics
-satisfying and challenging boss fights
-large variety of weapons to choose from
-huge selection of armors which all provide various ways to further enhance your character and your playstyle
-great soundtrack, many monsters have iconic theme songs
-npcs can have some pretty amusing dialogue, supporting cast is enjoyable
-multiplayer so you can play with friends (4 man groups are kind of shitty due to how overkill they can be so proceed with caution)

as for the bad, the games can feel slow to start since early quests are tuned to get you accustomed to the maps/mechanics. expect to do a few gathering missions before you sink your teeth into your first big monster. that being said, 100% quest completion is not needed unless you're looking to hunt down all the rewards and shit. the games can also get "grindy" if you are searching for a particularly rare component for armor/weapons, but the grind involves you fighting more of the larger monsters, which is enjoyable

tl;dr: fight dinosaurs and make hats out of their butts
