At first I was a bit skeptical about the whole Creation Club announcement but when I read through their official website, it seems like this is a way for them to try and improve mods and make them better.
They will have quality control, collaboration between the game devs and the mod authors and a bunch of other procedures and guidelines.
I can't wait for the exciting new mods that will come out from this system. Its gonna bring polish and better integration for mods as a whole.
I am really excited.

I don't understand the people who are still optimistic about videogames after this E3. It's obvious the industry is almost completely dead unless you are a child, a dudebro, or a "Bazinga" nerd.
How do you guys keep coming back and buying overhyped dogshit again and again? Why are you still even in this hobby? Don't you feel like you are wasting your life away playing the exact same games over and over again treating them like they are fresh new ideas?

I don't feel the drive to get into or play every new AAA game. I have non-vidya stuff to do, so even just 2-3 big new games a year that look neato is enough for me. For me this E3 that's The Evil Within 2 and Wolfenstein.
That's not even counting the active independant scene, or the literal decades games that have released in the past that are still worth playing and still worth getting back to. Planning on getting that New 2DS so that I can get into the 3DSs library and those DS Castlevania games.

They've been opening up for years. Look at how easy it is to do a combo in MVC3 compared to MVC2. They've been opening up since 2009. What else do casuals want? How few button presses to do X cool thing does there need to be before they're satisfied?
The answer is never. We should not cater to them. Instead of always running on the best/most expensive new tech, older engines should be used to save costs and fighting games should be re-targeted to the niche group that actually loves and respects the games.

main problems are the presentation. the HUD looks like a mobile game, awful graphics all around, sounds pretty bad as well. doesnt play too badly though
