When the open world became mainly empty travel space between missions and objectives with mild collectable things in between point A and point B with limited actual exploration.
If the world is such where I don't know what is around then next corner when I am playing, shit is hidden everywhere that could potentially be of great use, and other such things, then it is great.
No a days open world is just a waste of space and slows down the action with no benefit.
