Why is Doom $19.99 for PS4, but for Xbox it's $29.99 at Target and 29 bucks on Steam?

I'm really liking being able to customize weapons. It's basically like making your own Mega Man weapon arsenal. Only thing it could really use is a quick way to change between all your custom weapons such as the L and R buttons.

For anyone wondering, the weapon customization options include:
>Bullet Type (appearance and affects some of the options below; Beck only)
>On-screen Bullets
>Method of Fire (i.e. single fire, spread shot, shield, etc.)
>Trajectory (straight, curve up, wave, crawl after hitting surface, etc.)
>Bullet Speed
>Piercing (terrain, enemies, or both)
>Duration
>Bullet Dissipation (disappears, explodes, spits apart, etc.)
>Bullet size
>Attack Power (very expensive to increase it)
>Element

In additoin, you can set abilities to weapons such as:
>Diagonal FIre
>Full-Auto (turbo button)
>Charge shot (You can equip another custom weapon as a charge shot.)
>Aerial action (air jumps for Gunvolt or air dashes for Beck)

You have to find most customization options in stages and you can only customize as much as you have custom points which you increase by getting pickups (enemies will drop small ones and stages have some one-time 50CP pickups) or choosing it as one of three prizes for beating a stage.

Famitsu: The next question is about Shadow of the Colossus. Is this a remaster version, or is it a remake version?
Shuhei Yoshida: “It is a remake. The game content is the same as the original version, but all the assets are being remade. I figured we could use such tech to make if we’re going to make Shadow of the Colossus in the PS4 era. Bluepoint is the development company behind the PS3 remaster versions of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus. So we know them rather well.”

Famitsu: So the game will have the same content it had in its PS2 version.
Yoshida: “It’s the same, but player preferences for controls and such change over time, so we’re working on implementing a more modernized way to play. And of course you can play with a feel of the original version, but what we’re doing is showing how great the original work is, using today’s technology. Ueda-san (ICO, Shadow of the Colossus, and the Last Guardian lead designer Fumito Ueda) wasn’t that involved much this time.”

Hypothetical situation here:

Ok, so lets imagine Metroid: Samus Returns was announced at E3 2 years ago instead of Federation Force and no one knew anything about Federation Force.

Now let's jump ahead to this year and the Metroid Prime 4 teaser still happened during the direct and Federation Force was revealed in place of Samus Returns during Treehouse and presented as a fun spinoff to hold Metroid fans over until Prime 4.

How do you think Federation Force would have been received? I still don't think it would have sold well, but I definitely feel like people would have been much more willing to give it a try if it was between 2 real core Metroid games.
