My guess is that for FTL travel, a fusion reactor(s) is probably used to generate that much energy. So, once one or more of those reactions is tampered to blow, it acts the same as a large hydrogen bomb would. And once a shockwave that large breaks a portion of the ring, it all shatters along with the orginal impulse.

There's a demo up on the eShop.
It's pretty alright, it definitely has the Pikmin charm. It's very slow paced though and I wish the levels were more larger and open rather than short contained ones.
I'm curious to see how much depth it gets in later stages though

They are replacing the original voice actors.
Although the IGN article reporting this us unclear since it goes on to mention the Resident Evil 6 voice actor for Leon not being in the game, but I'm assuming that they aren't getting the RE2 VA for Leon anyway.

Idk, they paid for Mercer for Vendetta, but not this? With Vendetta's Chris va being so terrible (and Erin Cahill reading lines like they were in a foreign language) this is worrisome to me. Whoever is directing or choosing actors has been failing a lot for the main characters lately. The sides have been pretty good in games (literally every character in Revelations but Jill was spot on, perfect, 10/10 will buy on next gen just for this reason) but they're making a mess of things.
