You're looking for Brütal Legend. Its alright, doesn't take itself too seriously, good soundtrack. Pick of Destiny is unrelated, the game is a stand alone.

If you like Nintendo games, yes. Also, if you can get use out of the portability. People laugh at Skyrim's 100'th release on the switch, but actually having Skyrim as a portable game is kinda cool in my opinion.

Depends on what you're looking to get out of it. Think of it as a walking simulator with resource management and exploration elements.

I personally have put 219 hours into it and 97% of that was enjoyable. The other 3% was getting tired of the grind, and then taking a break for a few weeks. Devs are putting major updates (2 so far, one was base-building, and one was vehicles, next one might be portals), but their communication sucks. It's a pretty niche game.

It's a different flavor of game than Elite: Dangerous and Star Citizen.

Yes, very much so. I played it again on my VC, and it's still fun as fuck.

it absolutely does, it's got great movement and level design, and the DS version is good but would be a lot better without analog control

while sunshine is good, it suffers from levels that don't feel varied and are overly reliant on FLUDD (which removes challenge), plus blue coins exist

galaxy 1 and 2 are both really solid overall
