NV Ultimate. Eventually, even if it's years down the line you'll want to play the dlc's. Banished is fine but as far as strategy games go the path to the endgame is relatively short so there's not too much replay value.

If you want 4K 60fps from multiplats, you're better off spending more on a PC. The Xbox One X will probably only achieve 60fps at 4K on first party titles.

To me personally, the One X is a great value and I don't care much about getting maximum performance, so I plan on getting one. Since I already have a laptop, building a second PC is less enticing too

Just pirate all 3 of em. There's no piracy protection. imo the 3rd one isn't that great, and at a certain point you'll only want to play quiplash and drawful even though they never included drawful 2 in the packs. They're still good party games tho

No, actually it's finally going to be coming out in NA/EU. Only thing they've said so far is sometime between late '17 - early '18.

SEA version is a dead ghost town. Chinese version has been getting updates and just had a class added or something.

Don't get me wrong I love the zone but what makes it a must-have? Just because it was in Generations? I say they should go with Lava Reef, ignoring my like for that zone it'd fill in a "Lava/Fire Zone" which that list lacks. Also I'm pretty sure people would like Quartz Quadrant for a second CD level. It's not like either are that important to me though, I just want Hydrocity Zone at the end of the day.
