FUCK THE WHITE EDUCATION SO I SKIP A LOT OF CLASSES
>"WAAA WAAA, THE GAMES I WANT FOR STEAM ONLY HAVE A 40% DISCOUNT WAAA WAAA"
They don't need to be discounted at all you fucking entitled cunts. Who made up the rule that a game has to have a fucking discount after a certain period of time? It's the developers kindness if they want to attach a sale to their game, but they are under no obligation whatsoever to lower the price just because steam decided to host a big sale event, just because it was a certain time of the year.
Time isn't even real you morons.

>Time isn't even real you morons

Sales increase sales you retard. They can potentially profit more by having their game 60% off than having it 40% off if they get a shit ton more sales at 60% off.
I know I've held of on buying games before because it was under 50% off and when plenty of other games are over 50% off, why buy some barely discounted games when I can instead purchase like 20+ games that are 70-90% instead.

Shit thread, gj OP
I'm looking for an old game. It was on the genesis (or Sega Mega Drive). I try to discribe it as good as i can.
You had to fly a helicopter to resue dudes from a jungle in at least one level. It was top down view, kinda like Diablo. You could also lower a hook or something to collect hostages and supplies.
Hope that helps

Expecting the general public to be able to comprehend even a watered down version of the original.
it's just not fun, I can't put my finger on the problem but I've been playing SCBW these past few weeks and it's been better than SC2 ever was. It might be due to the small engagements and actual defender's advantage making games a slow grind that lets you showcase your skill instead of 2 blobs decimating each others and deciding the game in one fight
it wasn't muh gookclick so ppl hated it i guess
I absolutely hate pretty much any game that is not from america and hasn't a white male protagonist, will i have a good time on this board?
Games you loved as a kid?
I spent hours playing this and i never got bored

Metroidfags (particularly Primefags) are easy targets. Retards like you keep responding to them.

Is this supposed to be a name for fans of Super? Super Metroid is my favorite game, Prime is my second favorite in the series. I'll be getting both Samus Returns and Prime 4.
Ok anons, I'm feeling generous today, so I'm going to tell you how to make a Steam sale better. About 2 times better in fact.
Easy steps to get games much cheaper
Load your wallet with some dosh, about 50$ should do it. You can load less but once you start seeing much better prices you'll have problems to contain yourself from spending.
After that get some VPN. There is a VPN program that let's you test it for free, and you don't need it for more than 5 minutes - zenVPN.
Set your location of VPN to Russia. After that, since you're connected through russian VPN, you should bea able to change your country location in Steam Wallet. Steam will sperg about new billing address, 2 weeks hold of changing your location etc. Just find some nice random street in motherland and a city and you're all set. You're not going to use this billing address for tax refund anyway.
After that all prices will be shown in russian rubel currency. The best about it is that all prices are reduced - game that is worth 60$ is sold for 1999 rub, and that translates to rougly 35$. If game is -50%, then it's possible to buy it for 999 rub, less than 17$ that is.
There are also disadvantages to that. For starters you cannot buy anything using your Paypal, Mastercard etc. unless your billing address is the same as russian address. That's why you want to fill your wallet with money before conversion. Secondly you can't switch back in instant. To come back to your previous currency you need to wait 2 weeks. Lastly, Valve might not like what you're doing and ban your sorry ass. That's why I'd recommend doing it with a small break. Be off steam for 1 day, then login through VPN, buy your games, and stay back for another day. That way it will look like you went to Russia for real, and that should save you some trouble. Also Russian account is cheaper than US or EU, but there might be other countries in which currency is even lower. Give a head's up if you know of any.

Super Mario Odyssey thread, let's share gifs/webms and shit and talk about how excited we are. Hype is fun.
I'll get the game but I wouldn't say I'm excited for it.
