I'm not sure why Tolkien's estate is allowing these hilariously awful Shadow of War/Shadow of Mordor games to be made when they do nothing but take steaming dumps all over the lore.

I guess making some quick cash is more important than preserving your legacy.

1. Videogames attract people with mental illnesses. Look at speedrunners.

2. Unless you actually play fighters in tournaments with something on the line you don't realize how stressful fighters can be.

3. We are all human beings with our own flaws and learning to accept and love one another is way more boring than fighting games.

I'm glad you put that in quotes, because LTG fits almost none of those descriptors.

It doesn't feel cyberpunk until you get to a certain city a few hours into the game. Despite the gameplay improvements I think its the worst Deus Ex (worse than Invisible War). Play any of the others to scratch that itch tho.

it gets a waaay lot better. i was worried as well but i can genuinely say that md was probably the best deus ex in terms of gameplay and hubs.

Man... I wish they took another stab at Remember Me. It had a fucking brilliant world and god-tier soundtrack. A sequel or """"spiritual sequel"""" in that world, making a chunk of the city a somewhat small, contained open world, while allowing combos to be maintained when switching targets could result in a very pleasurable game.
