It's a really shit remake that doesn't play like the classic games at all. I'm a HUGE fan of the original and let me tell you, the remaster is garbage. It completely loses the dreamy, colorful aesthetic that made Fable so memorable for a more boring, pastel palette that comes off as flat. The lighting is fucked and everything looks plastic, it was a huge disappointment.

The original on max settings still looks damn good. I just beat it like a week ago and this was my character.

Clearly depends on the shooter you're playing. Unreal Tournament ? You don't need iron sights. Red Orchestra/Arma/Squad style games ? The kind were targets can be very far away ? Iron sights helps to keep your aim steady and focus on the small silhouette and not get distracted by surroundings.

Diablo 2 is the king of arbitrary mechanics.
