Hollow Knight or Dead Cells?
I like the sound of both, but only have the money for one. I know hollow knight is well regarded around here, but it seems more like a slow burn, while Dead Cells seems fast paced and more like Enter the Gungeon, which I enjoyed immensely. I know Dead Cells is EA, but it seems to be coming along very nicely and they already have quite a bit in game.

Dead Cells is a good game, but I haven't found the motivation to play it again after beating it once. It just lacks variance. I'd wait for it to be finished before getting it and just go with Hollow Knight for now since it's a complete experience.

First of all, I want to thanks those who participated yesterday in the first test run. After some problems we fixed most of the issues that happened in the first test run.
>What's new?
-New server! Now instead of using my own server with 300mbps, thanks to an anon who wanted to help the cause we have a better, new server in the Netherlands running at 1gbps, this is great news specially for americans and aussies, as it runs now as the same speed as any valve server.
-From 30 slots to 32 slots. Sadly, we couldn't get more slots as it is hardcoded. The only way to bypass this is by removing VAC, but I'm not taking the risk for cheaters.
-Removed and added new maps: Now we have MARIO_KART, harbl_hotel, cyberpunk, balloon_race_v2b, ctf_convoy_v2, rock2_b1, and wacky_races_v2, as a lot of you requested. More maps will be added soon
-Fixed permanently the +use issue, along with global voicechat and micspam support. Also voice commands with no cooldown and text prints. Sprays are now visible for all and they don't have cooldown.
- AFK autokick, some people were eating slots while being at the spawn.
- Fixed the fastdl error.

- !rtv based votemap it almost fixed.
- We are editing an existing greentext plugin so you can greentext by writing in the chat > at the start.

Finally beat the boss in Thabes, it took some grinding, and exploiting the villager/dread fighter loop though.
What strategies did you guys employ when fighting the boss? Even with all of that it was hard as fuck, I managed to lose two of my units.

Where do you find the special weapons, the really powerful ones everyone is talking about. I'm told they're rare drops and basically make your units hit enemies like mack trucks. All I found was Gradivus.
