MGR isn't about fighting russians. You fight a US senator and a private paramilitary corporation
Was he right?
maybe so

You'll think of me.
How the fuck do you guys make friends? It's impossible finding a group to play with and i'm tired of single-player games.
i dont
the only online friends I have are the ones I made 7-8 years ago
same goes for IRL friends I met in college back then.
I don't know how to make new ones
/vg/
Are we ever going to have a newcomer to challenge the console big 3?
Or has it become so financially straining that no company or corporation will take the risk?

Cover yourself Beerus.

Possible but it will have to be from another major corporation with a very appealing gimmick. Apple with a casual/light-hearted approach to console gaming could make a lot of money. Have it connect to people's mobiles with local/online multiplayer and I reckon they could make a lot of money that way.
GOD HAND THREAD
Has a game ever been as mistreated as God Hand? It's the best beat em up I've played since Streets of Rage 2, and the most difficult. Excellent soundtrack, effects, extremely well though out and implemented combat, it's a near perfect game.

I use to play the hell out this game back in 2007 in Nigeria with my friends and cousins. At the time I never knew the game was shitted on until I came back to America in 2011. My uncle was the best player at the game but we never got to beat the game past world 7 because the devil hand boss refuse to load. Also we didn't have any memory card so all that precious save data was gone. I was surprised we even made it that far by taking turns. Usually power outage just happens and that it for a playthrough attempt.
How are your games going?

I bought it yesterday, and have yet to play.
i have no friends so i just solo

I would be your friend but you post frogshit
What 30 games will this have when it eventually gets announced?
>implying the N64 has 30 games
Could they even use Rare games due to rights shenanigans? That's like half the library.

No rare games so it doesn't matter

Why is noone talking about this gayem?
No marketing and most players are trash so they don't like it from the beta and Cliff is a faggot. The game is actually pretty damn good though with the weakest aspect by far being mediocre audio design and the lack of a forced tutorial.
>>382869754
This.
The lack of marketing is not doing this game any favors. But good stuff from what I've played so far.
>>382869502
that normie streamer talking in e3 successfully killed it for me
Was it kino?
>>382869164
It was a game.
YES
yes, even has kino cabaret
Tried making one earlier but it died. Late night jrpg thread?

Not really into the scene anymore
>>382869114
I don't really play a lot of JRPGs anymore, because they're so long and gameplay usually gets really repetitive, but I still love Legend of Mana despite being guilty of a lot of JRPG tropes.
The world is so whimsical and pretty. Everything looks and sounds great and it makes me want to live there.
>>382869257
>Not really into the scene anymore
yeah i feel like jrpgs are just a genre that really doesnt matter anymore, have explored their limited potential, become bad on the whole, and need a complete reset at some point in the future to ever be relevant again
Have I been memed with the Witcher 3 ?
> Awful controls
> Bad Voice Acting
> Exploration ?
> Role Play ?
> Quests so far come down to fetch this kill this
I've played the game for 10 hours should I stick with it ?
>>382867293
This is a pretty strong bait thread, but I'll answer your question anyways.
The controls are obtuse on purpose, you need to learn to work with them to actually get good at the combat.
I'm not sure what issue you have with the VA but even at it's worst it's passable.
What do you mean by exploration? There's a ton of shit to find especially when you start doing the witcher school scavenger hunts, which you basically have to do to get the best gear in the game.
on your role playing point, sure, it's not fallout 1, or anything like that. But your choices do impact a decent amount, I guess I'd say it's about as much of an RPG as something like mass effect is. Only without the forced moral system.
Quests, well, you're a monster hunter, that's your job. Of course the quests are going to focus around hunting monsters, the charm of the game comes from how each quest is at least a bit unique, you don't have a quest-line where you kill 5 foglets in a row or some bullshit like that.
I dunno man, for my money, W3 is probably the best open world game I've played and I put at least 400 hours into it so far. But if you don't like the game man then don't play it.
there's no accounting for taste, it's okay not to like something. Doesn't mean it's bad, just means it's not for you.
10 hours doesn't even get you out of the starting area.
>>382867697
13 hours as of recent
Not Bait, I am generally concerned about my purchase of the game
> obtuse on purpose
I'm not buying that, just ruins my enjoyment. Locking on to enemies is pointless, because you will get attacked from behind.
I tried to explore the map in the first area just to get told I'm going too far out
Today's the last day she's on sale!
I don't own a PS4. Sorry, cute robutt girl.
They put 0 effort into the PC port, just pirate it.

It is good that you post this every day until we like it, concerned citizen.
A few days ago we managed to get a pretty good thread about the subject this controversial subject going and I was hoping to make that particular brand of lightning strike twice. Discuss:
>Games
Recommend others good games that you find fun, and tell us why so that we can explain why it's artificial fun.
>The industry
Tell us what you think is wrong with the mobile games industry, why, and what can be done to fix it (if anything).
>Payment systems
What is an acceptable way to pay for a mobile game? IAPs? Free but with advertisements? One-time-cost? A combination? Why?
Fuck off normie reeeee
I'm going to start us off with a popular hit from the last thread and some good weebshit, Chaos Rings 3.
>incredibly good controls that allow you to control movement and camera simultaneously very easily
>neat array of characters with their own personalities and problems
>long-ass story mode (60+++ hours) and an infinite monster-battle-arena packed with custom fights and rolling seasonal events
>everything is click-based, meaning that nothing ever moves if you don't tap the screen and acknowledge it, this makes it great if something in real-life catches your attention and you don't want to miss anything
>lots of character customization with persona-style leveling and visible-on-character gear/weapons
>almost fully voice acted (Jap-only) but can also be turned off
>NO IAPs AND NO ADVERTISEMENTS
>no seriously, no in app purchases at all, you buy it once and you have the entire game
>>382865556
I have never tried a smartphone game I liked.
They're all too simple or require you to spend too much money.
I don't think anyone can prove me wrong.
