I went in expecting nothing, it's a nice journey, good characters besides the protagonist, looked really good for the time, good tunes, gameplay is fine but gets stale after a while, world is fine

Backstory:
I recently asked my friend if he'd like to play eldewrito's halo online. This is what I got as answer why halo itself is shit in his opinion:
>flips a truck with bare hands
>can't hold smg still while shooting
>space age technology
>aiming not invented
>no iron sights
> hipfire games are just straight dumb
now for my question: is he right?
Do shooters really need a ability to "zoom in" every gun to be a good game?
Futhermore, is realism and detail more important in a shooter than gameplay and gamedesign choices?also, does anyone here wanna play halo online?

Yeah on PC you can still find a game, maintains a dedicated fanbase.
Probably the most fun I've had playing an FPS in a long time. It kinda bums me out that Lawbreakers might do better than it. Having played Lawbreakersr, you just don't get that FAST feeling of stomping on a nerd
