I'm glad the Rift is 400$ / 500$ post-sale, it means more people will get into VR

It's too bad that when Blizzard thinks of balance, they try to kowtow to people who know nothing about the game, and try to 'balance' around what's happening at the bronze and silver levels so that things don't seem 'unfair' to them.

Start with MGS1. Then get the HD collection. 4 if you have a PS3. Then V. Play all the Solids in release order, and MG1&2 (their in the HD collection) whenever you want, at the least after finishing MGS.

Play 1, 2, 3, 4 in that order.
PW and 5 are optional.

SEGA genesis has the GOAT soundtrack because dev mastered the 8 bit while SNES dev was just getting used to the Surround sound

genesis has about 1000 games with 80% being pretty damn playable
SNES has about 2000 games, but 50% arent even playable if you cant into moon speak

All mech games are good to varying degrees. The important part is that the focus is the cool awesome giant robots who shoot at eachother and possibly giant aliens and/or monsters.

What we need less of are crying anime kids in robots who make the whole thing about them and how their feelings got hurt and how they'll defeat the bad guy with love and friendship.

It just looks like BamHam with more prebaked takedowns and slowmo, and all the action setpieces replaced with QTEs. That's legitimately disappointing.
