I found it a very good game after setting my own rules and limitations on the character's abilities and actions
it was seemingly very nearly ruined by focustesters, but the game that the developers intended people to play is still in there, you just have to identify and disregard all the babby-tier mechanics and wayfinders to get that experience

Being a Switch title hurt this game.
You can tell they designed this game with being a handheld title in mind. Almost all the content in this game is extremely bitesized. I wouldn't be surprised if the game was originally supposed to have proper dungeons/larger shrines, but when they decided to make it a handheld game they went and reworked it so that it would be easier to play in small chunks.

No, there's no reason for a game to have teamkilling, at all. It's annoying, it's not fun, it doesn't provide anything positive to the game, it encourages people to grief, it punishes players for the actions of fellow teammates, and it's a terrible mechanic. It's even more-so retarded that developers add this mechanic, only to ban you from the game for using it. That's lazy game design 101

Sorry /v/ but this game is not that great as you hype it to be. After the 3rd palace the gameplay gets mind numblingly repetitive and the plot becomes ever increasingly boring due to the protagonists' naive sense of justice. Also some personas are seriously OP that it makes you wonder what the point is even trying to fusion anything else.
