It's not as bad as Steam.

Honestly, the first 2 Bubsy games were OK. Nothing special, definitely not the "worst game ever, of all time". They were me.

I had an alright time with the first Bubsy. I wouldn't exactly call it average though. It was bad, just not as bad as several other random mascot platformers.

There should have been a story mode where you played as a machine, starting out from a little shit one and upgrading yourself until you became a Goliath class. It would have been interesting to see the story mode through the perspective of a machine as well as unique gameplay possibilities. The only question is who you would fight.

It's only in idea stage, but it's good
So you start in one of the US states in a city. After that, there's tornadoes that appear everywhere, and you get a mentor to help you find one underground. In the underground, gear drops from the tornado from aabove. The mentor equips this gear and you have to fight them to get it. It'll be called Thunderblight and be badass

Apparently it's like the intro sequence or immediate beginning of said game.

Tell him it was just a bad dream. All gamers have this exact dream when they start out. It's too late to go back.
