Something weird Ive noticed. Big budget AAA games get announced at E3 all the time and its normal now. However when you go the studio websites for details, you find almost half of the team has job vacancies. And not for grunt work, Im talking positions like lead director, lead game designer etc.
The most recent case is Days Gone. Just look at Bend Studio's careers page:

Youd presume these positions were filled before the game got announced. Could this be a reason of games coming out shit these days?

A lot of companies will always keep roles for experienced artists, animators, programmers and designers open, even if they're filled, just because they're thinking ahead to future projects and having more experienced staff is never a bad thing.

I can respect the fact that you think the P2 duology is the best game in the franchise. I can respect your being disappointed in the direction the series has been going in since 3. But I have one question for all of you.
Why does your primary method of letting us know about this involve invading threads about other Persona games and reminding everyone how superior the duology is? Why do I never see dedicated P2 threads on /v/? And from the ones that do exist, why are they always super general and discuss the game as a whole, instead of a single aspect/moment of the story? I want to think that P2 fans are cool people, so why do you do this?

Ok /v/, I need your help
You see, I bought Xenoverse 1 for the PS3 and I really liked it. However, Xenoverse 2 seemed really samey so i skipped it.
Now in 22 of Semptember they are going to release both Pokken Tournament DX and Xenoverse 2 for the Switch, and since I don't want to buy Pokken again I have been thinking about giving Xeno 2 a chance.
What do you guys think? Is it worth it?

Xenoverse 2 is just everything the first game should have been.
The Switch version even comes with the story from the first game.
Honestly it's worth going through again if you liked the first one.
