So, re: [possibly the best turned based RPG of the seventh gen, still disputed]. I'm a bit confused because after it was given out for free, it was made backwards compatible on the XO as a test for multi-disc games.
I attended CES at the beginning of the year and Microsoft was there. I inquired and they told me that Lost Odyssey is possibly getting a re-release both on the XO Scorpio and PS4 Pro.
Could have been bullshit and the backcompat thing makes me thing it probably is, but I'd like to believe.
Nothing mentioned about a PC port though. Doesn't bother me too much but I know some people might be disappointed.
Anyways, if it is announced then I'll be chucking backcompat codes out at random just for people who have never had the chance to play this game because of exclusivity. Could be wrong/dreaming about the re-release, IDK. Maybe in a thousand years.

Why the fuck can't Japs make good UIs?
Say what you want about all other parts of Japanese games, but I don't think I've ever seen a Japanese UI that masters the simple concept of providing the player with the information and usability he needs, when it's needed and not otherwise.
This is unarguably the only thing I can think of where Western game design is objectively superior.
