God this game was such a piece of shit.
Ignoring the fact that it was wildly uneven graphically (the owl character is probably the most embarrassingly bad 3D model I've ever seen in a game) the gameplay ranged from nearly as good as the original to "oh god why did you think sections where you play as the kids with these floaty ass platformer controls were a good idea". Playing as the kids in the original was punishment for fucking up.
Also that A-Life system was just a further nail in the coffin of Chao concepts that Sega will never actually use correctly or go back to.
And let's not even talk about how lackluster that reward for getting all the collectibles was.
The tech-demo GBA Nights level that was available through Phantasy Star Online was better than this shitty thing.

Skyward sword is an Amazing game, it's like twilight princess polished with better mechanics and an excellent story. Sure it's no majoras mask but damn it this game is a perfect Wii game. With only minor issues with controls. Other than that there's really nothing bad about this game at all.

Recently I went back and replayed Scooby Doo Night of 100 Frights to relive some nostalgic childhood memories, but as I started to replay it I realized that the game was just mediocre. So I would like to know if there are any good Scooby Doo games. I heard that Unmasked and Mystery Mayhem are also good, but I would like to know if they are better than Night of 100 Frights or are they just more of the same mediocrity?
