a good Gilg is pretty much my benchmark for FF games and what made this one so good was how smooth the fight felt. its a better version of the FF14 Gilg because you get cinematic attacks

Leveling through old content now is just a chore to get to the newest content as fast as possible, so you don't "miss" anything. In fact, they should drop the level cap increase in next expansion and focus on things to do, rather than wasting recources to make another "race to lvl 120 so you can start playing" -episode. More focus on the professions and an "open world" with more rewarding and varied world quests and bosses, maybe even some never seen mechanics or quest types.
There's no turning back so why not at least try something new? What do you guys think?

Why do Japanese devs fucking suck at finales and bringing stories to an end?
Like to finish the story/trilogy/franchise whatever. Most of them fucking suck, and they're unsatisfying as hell.
Pic related is a rare example of a "finale" game that was actually satisfying and not a fucking dud like MGS or ZE.

The fgc was arguably one of the the first esports. They just haven't gone full corporate yet, and there is already a divide on how much is in it already.
Gootecks was right though. We can still have esports events, and keep the much more expressive community events that are cherished.

Today I had a dream.
I was visiting Blizzcon, which was happening in some high-rise building. To be perfectly honest I don't remember seeing any actual games there, but it was very gaudy and populated place. However, presentation was seemingly weak, as people were growing uninterested and irritated. Then, finally, as culmination of event, host (DiCaprio) was to cut pizza for all guests. He did it awfully, more like he just slashed pizza around randomly and left, which made people furious. Everyone went after him and everyone in charge of blizzcon, and among the masses I saw characters from TF2 and Police Academy. Sadly, I woke up before actual riots began.
