How come certain video game communities always have a shit community? It's always "REEEE NORMIES" they don't embrace new people to enjoy the things they enjoy. Why is that?
It seems like any game that has RPG elements has the most cancerous communities.

Only reason this game exists is because autistic fanboys hated Wind Waker's art style and Nintendo were in panic mode because the GC was getting destroyed by Sony so they had to announce something at E3 2004 to keep people interested. In the end the pandering backfired because TWW ended up being a better game.

Why doesn't this get discussed more often? Just finished it and it was great. Kinstones are far better than the seeds in BotW and actually affect the world despite being so much smaller in comparison. What went so right?
