You're in charge of making Sonic: Greatest Hits (2D version) and have to pick 12 zones from the existing 2D sonics, which ones do you pick? Remixed zones from Mania are forbidden, new zones are ok
no fuck off we want new zones

What is the most complex multiplayer game?
It's the dreamcast's 18th fucking birthday today, and there's not a single thread about it?
You put me to shame /v/, this console is older than most of you fucking browsing this board.
Give it a happy birthday! Play your favourite Dreamcast classics.
Shenmue, Rez, Skies of Arcadia, Sonic Adventures, Crazy Taxi, Space Channel 5, Ikaruga, Viruta fighters, anything i've missed!
I never cared one bit about DC, and still don't. And I've always been a multi-way idort.
Only thing I recall being even slightly intrigued of DC was when I saw some first screenshots of Shenmue on a game magazine in late 90s, and it looked fucking photorealistic compared to anything out at the moment.
remember playing tennis 2v2 with my brother. it was a pretty shitty console desu

skies of arcadia is the only good jrpg that came out after the snes/ps1 era.
happy birthday dreamcast.
How to have fun in games?
I'm playing games since I was 5-6 years old (mid 90s). I started with consoles until I got a PC in ~2003. I used to enjoy games, but in the last ~10 years I haven't, really.
Single player games used to be fun for me, but now they are not. Online games, and especially competitive ones, changed me in a way that it's impossible to have fun in games anymore.
Learning process became a chore that you simply have to go through to get to the "endgame". Nothing but the "endgame" matters. Gradually games started requiring way less skill than they used to back in console days, while putting more emphasis on the lore and appearance. "Who cares about lore or gfx, it's a game, gameplay is the only thing that matters" - this kinda way of thinking has been stuck inside my head for very long.
Basically any new game begins with a chore. You need to learn it, you need to die, lose, etc. Emotions have to be disabled during that period, otherwise the rage/toxicity will make you drop the game before you even got to the "real game" i.e. the endgame. The "endgame" (or, the highest level of play) is usually (80%+) imbalanced and becomes boring after a few months.
How to become a casual player again. How to stop striving for improvement in every small task while learning the game? How to learn to be a mindless gamer who admires graphics and story? How to stop being a powergamer?

Hourly hollow shill.
I've never seen a falseflagger more dedicated to kill of threads about a game than OP and his always fake-shilling Hollow Knight ones.
just so he can scream shilling when a legit thread pops up
>Open world game
>Lots of side content and stories and places to explore
>Main story is always about saving someone / stopping someone as quickly as possible before it's too late.
>This goes against the entire point of an open world game
Every time
no not every time
stop that

how old are ya, buddy?

Wow ANOTHER Yakuza thread!
Have you played Postal 2.
And if so,do you like it?
Yes I have. It was awful, don't play it.
No I haven't. It looks good, I will play it.
>>389771219
Yes, it's janky but great.
I'm just starting this
What should I expect?
Romance the brown girl.
A pretty fun time that you shouldn't take too seriously, because the big reveals at the end of both games are pretty retarded imo
