I died over 20 times against the Chozobot.
The Tower's boss is gonna buttrape me I fear.
The only problem with Hard is that the game controls like shit, but the devs were trying to dickride SM. Which boss is the tower one, that one that's offscreen 99% of the time? I'm pretty sure you need to skip it until you get a better weapon when playing on Hard.

It's a terrible fangame. What did you expect?
>games that make you feel like this
Life is Strange.
You can't make a hero out of villains and you can't make a video game out of an interactive movie.
WhAiT Aye Secs ThAt kARHARD!
Mass Effect 3
What went so wrong?
You can't replace the big popular thing unless you're better than the big popular thing or you wait until it's no longer big or popular.

The way I look at is if I want a team based "arena style" I can play overwatch, a much more established game. If I want a solo arena shooter game I can play the new quake for free. Why would anyone actually buy that game with the other options available
>>387068883
NO MARKETING
NMS ironically had too much marketing.
Did anyone play this? I never see it come up in horror game discussions. It can't be that bad.
I had three copies of this game because my younger siblings would ruin them(Gamestop had them for a couple bucks and I first chose it at random) and now it's expensive as fuck to get a physical copy.
Controls were garbage but I remember it being pretty spooky and loving the atmosphere. And what the fuck was up with the airship?

A pure psychological horror game as there can ever be. Not sure why it flopped so hard, but at least it's a horror gem nowadays. Mostly because of the aesthetics and the story I guess. Very pretty graphics for a PS2 game too, it looks gorgeous emulated.
>>387068843
The OST is balls blastingly amazing
It seems like it can't be perfectly emulated, or at least I can't figure out how. I'm missing cutscenes for some reason, every time I try. And of course you can't buy it so yeah, I still haven't played it.
How many of you faggots have played this game?
This is far and away the best modern Lego game.
>Funny writing
>Instead of some small location from the film for inbetween levels it's an entire GTA styled open world (And it's actually a really fucking good open world)
>Plot is surprisingly pretty compelling (I am a sucker for cop stories though)
>Different resource system than other lego games that results in you not needing to punch apart every single doodad in each level for studs
>Ditches the molasses slow level design and pacing of the newer modern lego games (As opposed to the fucking hobbit where you spend half a level getting a fucking apple)
>"Super builds" have you actually build big shit out in the world, pretty good way of making exploration even more interesting, can unlock entire areas this way
And after the WiiU went out of production it went non exclusive and came to everything modern (Xbone, PC, PS4, Switch). So there's no excuse.

Lego game thread. (Bionicles welcome)
I wish your genuine thread got some replies anon

I saw on a stream and it looked cool but apparently the pc version has lots of problems and I didn't wanted to fuck with that on a new game
I played it on the Wii U when it came out, I never expected to have so much fun with it. Sank some 50 hours and got 100% completion, the best parts were roaming around the city and the humor in the story. Also riding a T-rex.
Why does he call them reviews if he isn't reviewing games? He's just larping being in space.

CGR Mark 3, when he moved to Patreon. He fell from grace hard in my opinion, I stopped watching him altogether when he started making those clickbait "Who would win" videos and patron-exclusive full reviews.

did they also patch shit writing
Bugfixes won't fix shit writing and gameplay

Bug patches? So they scrapped the entire game and had competent people do a proper job? Is there still SJW pandering?

Good one
Horror themed levels in non-horror games are one of my favorite things in gaming
What are the absolute best examples of this? Mad Monster Mansion from Banjo Kazooie is a good one.
Hypogean Gaol, the first you get there in Bloodborne.
Pumpkin Hill from Sonic Adventure 2
Threed from EarthBound
Lavender Town from Pokémon R/B/Y
>>387068039
I'd say all levels in Bloodborne are horror themed
