Dull, mediocre gems aren't worth much

I realize people like the 2000 game a lot more but I have a lot of precious memories in this one.

>Walk up to a wall as the soldier

>This is Yu Suzuki, director of Shenmue III.
>It’s hard to believe so much time has passed since we debuted the game at Sony’s E3 2015 press conference. Since then, the team has been extremely busy developing the game in Tokyo, but now it’s time to come up for air.
To coincide with Gamescom 2017, we are happy to share the news that we have inked a publishing partnership with Deep Silver! From the early days on the project, the team at Deep Silver really impressed me with their deep passion for the series and their desire to work with us to deliver a proper sequel that all fans will love.
>To celebrate the news, I would like to share with you a teaser video built from a small slice of an in-development build of the game. As you will see, the latest chapter in Ryo and Shenhua’s journey begins with a beautiful set piece in China. You’ll also see that we’re aiming to significantly upgrade the game’s visuals, and you may also notice a new character during that quick glimpse of our new battle gameplay…
>I’m pleased to be able to offer a small peek into what we’ve been building thus far, and I am looking forward to the opportunity to show you more as we get closer to our 2018 release.
>Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to all those who have supported me and the team. I will continue to work hard to deliver the best possible realization of Shenmue III.

Birthright 23 is legitimately challenging on Lunatic. Mainly because Camilla can spam 10 HP fireballs from across the map on most of your party every turn.
Any tips on surviving the initial onslaught until reinforcements run out? I've only done it a couple of times so far, thanks to a few lucky Miracle procs. I don't want to have to resort to grinding/buying skills to win.
yeah but can we just talk about rinkahs abs though
>>387849005
I can live with that.

fake, drawn on with sharpie
Nintendo should put the 3ds library on the Switch. Prove me wrong.
>>387847913
Switch only has one screen
>>387847913
They're too busy putting the Wii U library on the Switch.
>>387847913
literally everyone who owns a switch owns a 3ds

your post is fucking retarded
I'm too poor to afford this game so just tell me what its like. I want to know everything.
Go play RwR if youre a cheapass
I've said this probably two weeks ago now and it's still the same. There are like 5 threads a day of this fucking game, you have a general now so go shill this shit over there.
>join game
>spawn on the front
>realize you don't have a gun
>your team has to make them at base and ship them to the front
>naturally no one wants to do this
>respawn at base
>get materials
>make weapon, ammo, and equipment
>load it on to car
>teammate runs up and steals your car and all your equipment
>ask why he did that
>string of russian as a response
>make more shit
>about ready to go
>BR teammate runs over you
>his buddy jumps out his car and steals your vehicle
>uninstall
Well now the game has a pay wall so that will probably keep the third-worlders out.
Buy game
>installer makes you scroll down and agree to like 6 different things (which might as well include selling your soul)
>installs McAfee or some other adware/bloatware bullshit without telling you
>slow download while you wait for Valve/EA/Ubishit/etc servers
>$60 + $100 of DLC
Pirate game
>cracked installer has jazzy chiptunes and no bullshit to click through
>no viruses if you use well known scenes
>faster downloads through torrents or DDL
>$0 with all DLC
>if game doesn't work or crashes modders will make a fix which will only work for copies with no DRM

I was going to buy some game last night off steam but then I noticed
>Denuvo
No thanks.

>It makes you accept "I love video games" in the ToS
Fuck you
>open paint
>draw a map
>draw dungeons
>make character
>make the rules
>tile based movement
>set up enemies, loot, traps, quests etc.
>use dice rolls to play the a new game every time
>3DS starting to die
>Etrian Odyssey 3 remake still not out
What's the point of going on?
>>387847496
at least we're getting EOV in a couple of months
>the remakes up to this point have featured a male protagonist of a new class and a female protagonist using a class from the next game
>yfw eo3 remake makes female love interest a bushi instead of imperial
I actually just started playing EO3 the other day. I actually think its my favorite game in the series that I've played.
Why do people still believe that this game can be good?
>>387846986
most i have ever had playing vidya
DayZ is still a thing? didn't H1Z1 and then Battlegrounds took all their player base? the engine in that game sucked ass.
>>387849568
>the engine
they really improved that recently desu
game is actually optimized someway now
Who the fuck do I follow?
Jyggalag
>>387874178
why would anyone ever follow hadvar? especially on their first playthrough?
The stormcloack, so you can keep the jagged crown
Post your mouse
Death Adder 2013
I have tons but this is what I'm using right now
I want to get a new mouse, which is the best mouse taking to account price/performance? recommendations?
>click once every 20 seconds and spend the rest of the time just watching in battles
>campaign map is so simple that it plays itself
>higher difficulty just makes the AI cheat more
>the AI spawns armies it can not afford, it makes your troops break twice as easily
How do we add skill to Total War games? Medium is way too easy, and making the AI cheat doesn't seem fun to me. This has been the issue with the series since the start, and they still haven't fixed it after 17 years.
>>387873713
you cant.
>>387873713
>How do we add skill to Total War games?
Play multiplayer? Or isn't there any?
>>387873964
95% of /v/ pir.... the game. No MP for them.
Never played an Isometric RPG. Which one should I play? Is Pillars of Eternity good? Or should I go for a classic like Baldur's Gate? Are the old ones of these styles of games too dated?
Gimmie your recs /v/
>>387846381
I really don't know
Pillars of Eternity is really good and it's all modernized and streamlined (while still being very challenging)
I suggest you give it a try to start off
>>387846381
Pillars of Eternity is okay but make sure you check out the combat and understand what it is before you buy it. Either you like the combat in PoE or you hate it. It was the ladder for me, the constant pausing made it feel awful.
Divinity Original Sin : Enhanced Edition is worth checking out also.
What went right?
>Reposts the same thread coated in a new layer of paint
Nice try, OP
>>387846309
edgy shit was popular back then. but i guess it was kinda dying off around mid 2000s
>>387846409
Not my fault you faggots don't respond to my threads
>civil war confirmed in russia expansion coming next month
>new Battlefield 1 Revolution Edition has game and all expansions for the price of one game
>new incursion 5x5 competitive game mode with vehicles on alpha to release next month
Stop being a bitch and buy Battlefield 1. It has some of the best graphics and gunplay in modern market.
PUBG
>console shooters
Honestly I just feel sorry for you.
>>387846024
>but muh african nazi women
That is COD, not Battlefield. Battlefield has one woman that represents the one female regiment of the russian army, the heroic women's batallion of death. They fought and died juat like any men on the battlefirld.
