If you gave a hundred players who've never heard of Zelda both Majora's Mask and Ocarina of Time, they'd all agree that Majora's Mask is better.
Unless you're the type who says that Birth of a Nation is the best movie ever, then it's a pretty clear choice that Majora's Mask is the better game.
While I agree that Majora's Mask is the superior game I think more people are likely to be turned off by the time limit system.
Yes, if you are able to give it a chance, it objectively adds to the game both through gameplay and the thematic aspect.
However, if you don't have the patience to try it out you're just not going to enjoy it. You might time out once off guard and lose all your shit and dungeon progress and abandon the game in frustration.
Ocarina of Time is a more welcoming experience.
I loved ocarina of time but I was a poorfag so I never got the cartridge for majoras mask.
Should I emulate it right now?

Whatever you do, do not play the 3DS version.
It's legitimate trash compared to the original.

>It's the consistency in performance that's really impressive, especially compared to the last-gen versions of the game. The wobbly frame-rates with hitching and stuttering during traversal and combat simply aren't an issue on Switch
the ps4 couldn't do it, the xbox couldn't do it, hell most PCs can't do it today.
The Nintendo Switch can.
>most pc's couldnt do it
M8 my fucking toaster pc did it at 1080p 60fps

>The PSVR demo of Skyrim that I played at Gamescom isn't outright bad; it's just, in my opinion, the worst way to play.
>In order to walk around with Move controllers, you use left and right buttons to turn in jarring fractions, and another button to point and teleport
>In essence, the system slows everything down, and Skyrim isn't a game that's designed to be played slowly. When you can't even teleport all that far ahead, every familiar looking pathway feels a lot more tedious than it does in any other version of the game.
> Around 50% of the time my right hand, with my sword, was floating in the air several feet away from me. It popped back in place seemingly randomly, and I never really figured out if there was a 'right' way to hold my move controller to prevent this.
>Unfortunately, for the most part, it's just slow and tedious, and I don't think I'd want to play it in VR for much more than 15 minutes at a time.

Also this game is real janky sometimes

It's from 2004. It's thirteen years old and was rushed out on a prerelease source engine.
Pretty sure there is a way to hack them, but you can just run through them and it won't matter.
>>388039594
Just break the electrical box before the lasers, it disables them. But they are doable if you're careful enough.
Yeah, the feeding on guards thing in combat areas happens from time to time, but it's not that common. Not to mention that you're gonna be fighting a lot more supernatural beings later on so feeding in combat areas won't be as much of a thing, you'll probably never encounter it again.
Can we get a Divinity OS thread?
Just finished the tutorial dungeon and it's pretty fun, playing with a rogue and a witch on tactician, the first battle kicked my ass a few time because of the guy throwing a poisoned grenade but I managed to win thanks to my spider.
Any advice on how many skills I should focus on or in general?

I like Infinity Engine games (baldur gate, etc), I played also Arcanum, Fallout 1/2 and Pillars of Eternity. Is this game good? How does it play comparing with those games I described?
>>388040492
It's turn based using action points so kinda like fallout but with more abilities and the terrain mattering, fire example if you cast an electric spells on a puddle you can stun enemies in it
>>388039502
Make sure everyone can summon bad ass shit. You'll need it.

>MT frameworks
>PhyreEngine
>Fox Engine
All better than Unreal. Is MT Frameworks outdated? Sure. That's why it should be upgraded to MT3 instead of abandoned. Where did this meme that Japanese were technologically behind come from? Even the Japanese themselves believed it. They've now all hopped on the Unreal train. An engine that is by no means any better than what anyone else was using.
This even ignores that some of the biggest Western games were by Bethesda, which has an awful outdated engine. Their games are laughably sloppy and behind technologically.
