This entire franchise is just ME skinned in a tolkein fantasy world

as a true fan, having played all the games, BioWare has always been a shit dev with no substance, they just made decent worlds with bland gameplay and acted like hollow dialogue options and minor GoT soap tier decisions mattered

I played DA:O - was good for it's time but massively overrated
played DA2, only good bit was the lore menu stuff, I bought all the DLC too, sunk 100 hours into it
DA:I was just shit, anyone with sense knows this not even gonna get into it

I won't be buying anymore BioWare games, they were always lazy and half baked and I finally see that now, Andromeda was the culmination of them getting away with being lazy for too long and I am very happy with the response from people seeing them for what they are

Kirby's adventure is the undisputed king of NES visuals.In most NES games, art was generally an afterthought in development. I'd assume since Kirby was so mechanically simple, HAL had the free time to hire designated artists, and that's why the game looked so good.
I'd also say Mario 2 and 3's graphics aged pretty well too.

Kirby's Adventure and Megaman 1 - 6 are the two best games with great visuals to this day.

To answer your first question, no. BBS was in general a huge downgrade to KH2 but it's generally accepted that this was mostly due to hardware limitations. But after having seen footage from 0.2 and also the KH3 trailer footage, it's safe to say that KH3 will be closer to BBS and DDD than to KH2 in terms of game flow.

Blunt damage.
Just because you have not invested points into meelee doesn't mean you can't still use melee weapons.
Same for firearms, it's just not that effective but still very usable.

It all looks pretty good. You probably don't need that CPU cooler because the one that comes with Ryzen is actually surprisingly good but that's up to you. Also, maybe I'm blind but you didn't post PSU or case.

Honestly I think above everything else it's the character designs. When you make a "hero shooter" you have to make appealing looking characters. Battleborn had the same problem.
