Rewatching the episode and listening to that ending again made me realize something, this is the perfect anime to watch raw.
Think about it, symphogear is all about connecting with people despite not being able to communicate with them, using songs to overcome the Curse of Balal. The fact that we can enjoy it despite not being able to understand japanese proves that the message of the show resonates with us.

This episode's duet would've been a lot better if I could actually hear more of it. What wasn't spoken over sounded alright, at least. Training was awesome, but between an apparently unstoppable Genjuro, soccer star Stefan, and alchemist extraordinaire Adam, the gender power balance of the show is a little skewed.

Yeah, actually. Ignoring the gender issue, it does feel weird how hard the labour force on either side gets overshadowed by their commanders. The fact that those commanders are both guys is kind of beside that, but the gender thing has its own issue in making any of the girls seem like they're objectively weaker than any of the male fighters in the show. The noise issue was solved, so if Genjuro's so great, let's get some Genjurorobe going. I'd watch a Gen vs Adam fight, and it'd be more spectacular than anything else given their power levels.

Back in season one, I was alright with Genjuro. He was powerful, but he wasn't the impossibly fast guy we saw today. A knife could bring the guy down, and more or less did. There was a clear reason to keep him off the front lines, seeing as a stray rock could kill him as hard as it would any other human. Now? The guy's catching rockets, stopping Gungnir bolstered punches, and sending people flying without much trouble. Don't even give him one of Chris' rockets to ride on, he'll just run to wherever Adam's doing his ritual and punch the place to smithereens.

Honestly, I see Chris at most as a person looking for a new start of life regarding family and being a potential guardian(despite the execution in GX being handled poorly) while trying to heal from the suffering of her past in her own tsundere way rather than love itself. The relationship between her and Tsubasa is more of akin to Kanade/Tsubasa in a partnership way where Tsubasa is the Kanade of the duo that moved on and developed; where as Chris is the old Tsubasa that's shy and socially akward. They became a decent duo with Chris opening up more by calling Tsubasa on her last name(only used once) but referring to her as senpai since she looks up to her as emotional support.

The only person she was shown to love(rather familial or romantic) was Fine' and everyone knows how sour that went with the latter downright kidnapped, used, and tossed her aside; yet she Chris was still shown to care(after seeing Fine' die and anytime Fine' mention in front of her afterwards there are a few subtle acts like her fidgeting and stuff).

The funny thing is that the XD writing staff is nowhere near as good, but even when they are by themselves manage to write her as a better senpai than she ever was in GX.

The "unison" Genjuro talks about, the reason why he has the geahs training in pairs is so they can all get the singing boost DMJii get when singing with each other regardless of which 2 are actually fighting.

Kinda a shame the A team mostly has much weaker bonds as far as unison partners go, aside from Tsubasa who has Maria. However the potential of that unison is dampened as Maria is merely the strongest of the B team.

I don't think a HibiMiku duet would be that powerful, at least I don't see them being as strong as DMjii. As gay as those two are they don't have the same synergy that DMjii have going on, Kirika and Shirabe complement each other perfectly in all aspects, personality, strength, fighting style, everything. The Zababa blades are literally made to be wielded together.
Hibiki and Miku are not as in sync as DMjii and would have completely different powerlevels and contradicting fighting styles, not to mention their relics are complete opposites. The lance that pierces evil and the distorted mirror thats pure evil can't work together.

I think it makes sense. As much of a meme as it has become she calls Miku her sunshine for a good reason. Hibiki got exposed to some of the worst humanity has to offer and at the time Miku was the only one standing by her side, that meant a lot for Hibiki. Kanade may have told her to don't give up on life but Miku was the one giving her a reason to live, without a Miku to return to it would be easy for Hibiki to just give up on humanity.
