That's pretty gay.
For anyone wondering, this is Kine-san no 1-ri de Cinema, a manga about a single OL in her 30s named Machiko who loves American movies (mainly action, also B-movies). In chapter 1 it almost seems like it'll be a romance with her and her neighbor, but then that guy never appears again and instead a coworker of hers becomes her roommate out of nowhere due to having life problems (husband cheated her).
Not really a "yuri series" but it might be worth checking out.
