It's an F2P mobile RPG crossing over characters from across the Kirara family (others include Yuyushiki, Hidamari Sketch, New Game, etc)

The OVA made last year was fantastic. Didn't really get talked about it on the internet so I feel a lot of people missed out on it. I highly recommend.
