They're adding old events as "sidestories" that you still have to complete the main story to a certain point to access.

The raid bosses seem to have been nerfed so you can solo them and you can still earn the weapon and summons from that event, but it looks like you can't get enough to max uncap them.

It will probably take months if not years for these side stories to catch up, though.

As I scour the internet for fanart, I keep finding more and more Fate/Grand Order yuri than works for this game.

FGO is definitely a lot more popular. It's everywhere. If we're just looking at fanart FGO has over 3 times as much as Granblue on pixiv even though it's been out just over half as long.

That's funny, I initially dropped GBF immediately because every single moment on the tutorial sequence was a massive cringe for me. I felt like I had seen everything a million times already: perky animal companion, obviously evil empire, obviously good "resistance", becoming the chosen one thanks to a selfless act, etc. I got back into it because I wanted to help the /u/ crew, and promptly fell in love with the game, despite still finding faults in its writing (I mentioned in the last thread how an absurd amount of characters rely on "gap moe" as their endearing trait).

Probably FGO has the advantage of being set on an established world with some established characters, so a lot of its details must feel better explained. In contrast, GBF tries to make an entire world from scratch without actually devoting much to worldbuilding, so you have some weird shit like Albion being permanently infested by monsters despite maintaining a thriving civilization, which makes no sense.

I'm not so sure myself. Searching tags for both games and yuri in Danbooru results in more than double the images for FGO, but Danbooru presence more often than not reflects the obsessiveness of a fandom instead of actual amount of works produced.

FGO's story is Nasu's writing. If you ever read anything by him, you know what to expect. To resume it, it's chuuni as hell.

I disliked everything I read by him, but he's popular, so maybe it just didn't appeal to me. Anyway, I didn't play much, but since it's Nasu, I image it's pretty centered around the main character. Like, GBF I feel like the game actual protagonist is Lyria, since she's the one usually moving the plot, even on side-stories. But I doubt something like that happens in FGO. And since Fate is all about servant x master ships, I think it's a little boring how all the yuri seems to be harem to the protagonist.

It's hard to find yuri art for GBF to begin with because most of them are in the twitter. Very few are on Pixiv.

Because she's going to be in the gacha for this legfes and maybe next legfes too. I want to see If I can get her while saving my spark first. If I can't then I'd rather spark her when the SSR rate is 6% instead of 3%, so I have a better chance of getting more SSRs during it(and limited characters in the pool).
What's worrying me is that she leaves the gacha on the last day of August, and for the past few months our legfes have been starting at THIS exact time that she's marked to leave at. Unless this is a mistake or next month has an earlier legfes that would mean that the only one she'll be in is this month's.

If you're not planning to spark then this would be the best chance to try get her if you really want her, since her individual rate up won't be this high again.

August legend festival tend to be a two parter. The summer charas will likely leave after the first half. Hello /u/! I have a problem with logging into the game, please help me!

Here's the detail: When I first played the game (I first played GBF on the chrome app on my PC), I didn't create a mobage account. Instead I logged onto the game through my google plus account (which, of course, didn't have anything to do with GBF before this point).
Now, when I try to log into the game on my laptop with the same method, it is fresh from the start, back to lvl 1, back to the tutorial,etc.
Prior to asking /u/ this, I had tried to mess around with my account a bit to properly register it so that I could buy GBF coin, and somehow I think (emphasize on THINK) that mobage somehow registered my email as another account. This email is the exact same email of the google plus account that I used to log into the game for the first time.

I may have fucked up badly with that registering attempt so I cannot log into the game with google plus and end with my original account this time.
What makes me unsure is sometimes, it let me logged into my original account with the google plus method. In fact, that account is currently on my PC, and I logged back into it using google plus after I clumsily removed GBF app from google chrome.

Of course I could just go home and play on my PC. But it is inconvenient to say to least...and downright scary at most.

I never used Google+ for my account so I don't know much about that method, but I did go from unregistered account > mobage account. Maybe that can work for you. While on the PC with your account you can bind it to a mobage account and use that to login instead. There's a way to disconnect your G+ account too, but since you registered with that you don't want to take risks. Try just making a mobage account first.

It's weird, because most of the events I've played have pretty good translations, for example Table For Six was hilarious with the dialogue of the dudebros. There have been at least two teams of translators for the game itself. The early translators were SEA or HK, as you can tell from the low quality; however, they were actual translations, and more or less accurately represented the original writing. At some later point Cygames hired some actual English speakers, or at least an editor, but the accuracy falls way down. We might have gotten a new translator recently, with more memes and actual censorship, but it might just be SJW's in the translation staff getting more confident.
It's pretty clear Granblues has yet another translator, probably a contractor, which is why we get bunches translated all at once, and then nothing for months. It also seems that this translator doesn't actually know the context for the comic, which is why it has the 4kids approach (even though this is itself retarded, because kids don't even read web comics).

You have a great wind setup already. Lecia likely won't be of use to you for a while because you need her 3rd skill, but Korwa would fit on there great regardless with Yuisis and Birdman.

Your water is pretty good too. Altair would give you more utility, but Drang already covers a lot of his territory. Or Silva would give you damage and the cutest lesbians. She suffered from the recent ougi "balances" and isn't quite as appealing as before, but still good and would let you pull off some fun with Katbot once you unlock her 4th skill.

Considering your two best water options would only really shine for you with their 5*s and you're still early game with 3 characters to 5* already, yeah, Korwa is your best option. You're lacking an earth buffer at the moment and she'd work as a temporary filler there too.
