Anybody else ship these two?
Is this just a generic shonen show? I never bothered to watch it.
>>2328664
Something like that it sure as shit doesn't deserve a thread
>>2328669
It does deserve a thread though.
There's some yuri ships in it.
>>2328758
Your ignorance would be cute if it wasn't tiring.
>>2328550
Mina deserve more focusunless it's for some hetshit
>>2328948
>>2328542
That's my OTP in the show, yes
But it being a shounen anime and those two being minor characters, there is hardly anything to go on in fan works
>>2328948
Quirk-based speaking, Tsuyu works best since a lot of frogs are very resilient to acids and such. But based on personality, Mei, the girl with the LOCK ON eyes, works much better.
>>2328761
>ew yuri ship
How dare u
>>2328973
Cute
Very much so... But since it's a shonen jump series it's more /y/ material for ships.
The disgusting pervert purple baby character that only exists to sexually harass Momo doesn't help either :(
>>2329056
Please don't use emoticons
This ship is cute, too
>>2328664
It's a better cape comic than most modern cape comics.
>>2329056
The mangaka has actually gone out of his way to drop romance rather fast or let it simmer down to non.existence because that's not what the series is about, so even the /y/ department has barely anything to work with.
>>2329093
Not really after Rebirth, thou it is one of the actual top shonen mango i read in years.
>>2328664
Imo it's a shonen stuff of the highest calibre, and the girls are cute so why not
>>2328992
Pretty sure she totally control her acidity
>>2329296
Even when she's blind from coming too hard?
And let's not forget she might squirt acid.
>>2328664
Yes, it's just generic shounen. The only real reason why it's popular is the frog girl.
thread needs more asui. who wouldn't want a girl with a 20 meter tongue?
Momojirou is a god tier ship but sadly, it seems that shipping Momo with Todoroki (red and white hair guy) or Mineta (purple pervert) is more popular.
Tsuyu/Uraraka is cute but I'm not a huge fan. There aren't any other remotely mainstream /u/ ships because the fandom is (unsurprisingly) filled with only het shippers and fujos.
>>2330737
>>2331145
>>2331147
>>2331133
>Mineta
That guy's gross. How the hell is shipping Momo with him popular? I personally haven't seen any fancontent for that pair, thank god
>>2331550
It's slightly more popular than Momojirou on pixiv due to weird porn and shit but both pairs are greatly overshadowed by Momo x Todoroki. I guess if you count fanart of "Momo and Jirou standing beside each other without any blushes or obvious signs of being gay for each other" as Momojirou art then Momojirou would be more popular than Momo x Mineta, though?
>>2333085
Anyways I'll dump the Momojirou that I have to make up for that unfortunate revelation
This whole log is beautiful:

>the artist is really, really good
not really. it's generic. just like the story and most of the characters
>>2339919
Het.
>>2350288
It's not super stylistically unique but then neither is the great, great majority of yuri outside of rare exceptions like Gunjo. It's just very skillful and does the "hot blooded, slightly cartoony shonen manga" look way better than other popular shonens like Soul Eater on account of expressive, dynamic gesture backed up by solid drawing. It gets all the aspects that make action shonen art entertaining down very well.
Also a fun fact, the female protagonist of one of his older series is named "Aoi Hana" so I'm pretty sure he's a yuri fan.
Garbage shonenshit. His previous manga was better
>>2350378
Didn't even know he had any previous works
>>2350288
It's actually different that every character has unique facial features and we got a guy that looks like Tintin.
>>2328664
I only tried the manga, I have not watched the anime. Indeed it is just generic shonen. It is better than Naruto and One Piece but it is still bad. If you are not into this kind of stuff don't waste your time.
tfw your ship is super minor.
>>2350814
i was honestly caught me offguard at that scene, but unfortunately the author had to ruin in the very next chapter by making her properly fall in love with the MC.
>>2328664
it's as generic as shonen can get. Doesn't mean it's bad, but just it's nothing special. If like dbz, naruto, bleach etc. you will probably like this too.
There are a few girls to ship, but other than the one in the OP there is no real chimestry between any of the other girls as the focus is primarily on the MC and his 4-5 friends plus one or two male adults.
>Toga fall in love with the MC
Ah, but who IS the MC, my dear /u/ser?
Well, I'll hold my tongue for now, since I'm not 100% positive if I'm right, but for now be content that Toga and Ochako are paired together so often in the cover pages.
>>2356687
That's pretty much how I see it. She's not exactly right in the head.
I wish Ibara (girl with the vine hair) got more pairings, but I suppose she's just too pure and secondary.
Keep these two girls in mind, /u/. You might be on the verge of a jackpot without even knowing it.
>>2344794
This is so fucking great
>>2350805
>but it is still bad.
Came here to say fuck you. It's of the same vein as Tiger and Bunny. Western in mind super hero story but still written in a Japanese manner. Meant for those who enjoy classic superhero stories.
this woman want a younger girl
>>2374883
So does the snake lady. Not only one but two
>>2328542
there's a far better ship for momo tbf
So how many of the female characters in this thread are in love with the MC or MC's friend(s)
>>2376199
A grand total of two, both of whom would also bang the frog girl.
>>2330298
>The only real reason why it's popular is the frog girl.
>Implying anyone gives a shit about female characters in a shounen jump show.
im happy tsu has her snake gf
>>2328542
I'm not saying they aren't cute together, but your yuri goggles are on pretty tight if you think there's any chemistry in the manga
>>2328542
I'm surprised there's been no Nejire posted yet. She was the only character that gave me genuine vibes of /u/, that or she just has no concept of personal space when it comes to girls.
>>2328542
I like them and Nejire x Ryukyu
>>2386996
Her likes are lilies and jasmine tea too. It practically screams /u/
>>2386782
They're pretty close friends
Thats kinda gay
>>2390689
>>2328664
Not /u/ material because it's not moeshit but it's a great series
