The entire bank heist sequence could've been cut and the movie wouldn't be affected. I thought it was okay, though it's pretty ridiculous that everything revolves around a (heh) Turner again, and that the old characters like Jack and Barbossa have not aged in 19 years.

I give credit to the art guys, they did some creative effects and creature designs, and the effects were 90% good, but it's all in vain when it's pretty much the same plot and characters on a loop from the first film.
