1st break down to what they can and what can't.

Davy Jones and Salazar is harmless when You are on land. Thats all - this alone elimitantes him from free4all fight.
Barbossa is undead, while magic guy seems to be just a mortal with few tricks.

Barbossa wins at most cases. As long as You don't collect all stolen gold.
Davy Jones or Salazar win at sea. They tie - none winner, as both are immortal without finding certain artifict.
That last one is weakest choice, despite his magic.
Barbossa and Salazar were caring a bit about crew. Well, a bit, coz at very end Salazar rushing for his life, ignoring crew.
I would chose Barbossa. He's pirate, but also gentleman.
