Not really. And definitely can't be compared to a top movie like the Other Guys.

Took me an entire day to watch it. It wasn't complete shit, but not good enough to stop me from pausing it 6 times to go to other stuff in between.

It's meh, not really good, but not wholly terrible. Both Reynolds and Sammy L. play themselves, which can be good or bad, depending on the viewer.
Honestly, Gary Oldman's character (yes, he's in this) is the best part of the movie. He's basically the same character he played in Air Force One, but as a dictator being held for warcrimes.

I like trash movies and I hated it, only got a few chuckles and found the characters really annoying.
