I think the wording of being a "13 year old" trapped means that it should have the qualities of a normal 13 year old, which would be mental development. It's a 13 year old toddler.

I don't know how true it is but on /fit/ or some other board there was a tinder profile someone posted where the girl looked super young like 12 but she was 18 and said it was because when she was 10 she had a tumor on her pituitary gland.

So if that was true and this woman had a normally functioning mind and had lived for 18 years and had the mind of an 18 year old, but her body stopped developing physically at 12, I'd say she was "an 18 year old trapped in a 12 year olds body"

So would he be able to develop grey hair in his 50's?
