Trekfags, I never watched the series, but I remember watching one episode on television like 13 or so years ago.
The ship was stuck in some sort of groundhog day, the day kept repeating and they kept getting destroyed by an enemy ship.
In the end they finally managed to send a message trough time or something and escape their destruction.
I fucking loved that episode, can anyone direct me to it? I'd love to watch it again. Ever since I catched that I have a thing for time travel stuff in films/series.

I'm watching TNG's "Final Mission" as we speak. God damn do I hate episodes where teams crash or are unexpectedly delayed on an away mission. These episodes highlight the incompetence of Starfleet away mission and shuttle emergency planning. They don't carry even near the kind of sustainment supplies a modern military or government mission would carry, say nothing of not carrying things like transporter intensifiers as standard.
>>87195035
Why even start it in the first place unless you are tard?

>>87193602
The old men here defend TOS to no end but they forget how incredibly long and laborious it is to finish some episodes. Hell TV was still relatively new in the first season of Trek and commercials were much shorter than they are now.
Everyone was excited just to watch TV, much less some campy sci-fi.
Season 2 is pretty good but 3 is too wacky and 1 is a task.

See, this is the typical old fart response to legitimate criticism towards TOS: ad hominem or something other than giving some form of refutation that addresses the poster's points.
TOS has aged terribly, the episodes have a tedious pacing, long drawn out scenes at times that are there if only for some mild atmosphere but really to fill time, and then it slowly catches it's footing towards the end of the first season.
It hits it's stride in season 2 then by the beginning of the third season it crumbles into a campy lampoon that is mostly one bad episode after the next.
I'm not saying it's bad it's just a chore to watch some episodes which I can't say the same for TNG or DS9.

For a nu-trek audience I'd say skipping S1/S2 is pretty much essential for them to acclimatize to TNG properly.
Once they've adapted to it though S1/S2 is essential, and after that maybe they can even go onto TOS.
TNG.S3+->S1/S2->TOS isn't a bad route into classic trek IMO.

How old is she though? If she's over 60 in that pic she's not as bad as >>87194289
Most women do not age well past 60 or so. Even this dude aged terribly >>87197945
>>87198622
Yeah, he knew of and worked with Section 31. He went full In the Pale Moonlight tier.

Also where's that one turbo autist who spergs out whenever grannyfus get posted?
>>87198666
Yes, she looks fine in a retouched photo

Worf?
He's like 62 in that pic, he looks great.

in what world has michael dorn aged badly?
>>87198676
Sirtis is like 63.
>she's not as bad as >>87194289
True but people generally didn't age as well back then, and she really sped up her clock with alcohol and drugs.
>>87198709
>not posting qt lefler
REEEEEEEEE
>>87198722
I didn't say she looked fine. I said she looks better than Sirtis, in pretty much any picture you can find. Crosby just looks old. Sirtis looks like she's melting.

Usual male double standards
>>87194289

>>87198750
That's a matter of perspective I'm sure, the dude looks old though, aged worse than Piccard at that same age range.

It's hard to fault the Founders, I'd have done he same in their position. DS9 has truly allowed me to see the Israel situation from ZOG's perspective.
>>87198838

Literally Bing Crosby's granddaughter.
>>87198805
Rand, her face melting.
>>87198886
Oh wow, I forgot about that. Based Bing.

>>87198838
FYI, ZOG is usually used to refer to a Jewish shadow government of the US, not the one in Israel.
>>87198927
He knows, and now he knows that you know.
>>87194016
Why did she have to leave TOS lads? She literally made up that entire show.
>>87198808
for comparison
>>87198954
Nurse chapel was superior in everyway
>>87198927
Yeah, Israel is the Great Link and ZOG is the Dominion, with Jews often using their ethnic ambiguity to trick people. It's an easy connection.
>>87199006
The truest indication that STD will suck is that Majel Barrett will not be involved with it.
>>87198972
Here's Dorn today. Looks pretty good if you ask me.
>>87198972
He looks about as old, maybe worse, but then again that's a clearer image.
>>87198802
I'm unsure whether you are baiting or not but most men his age have the big bags under the eyes, sagging cheeks, and yes, being black seems to help from other noticeable things but I'm not seeing whatever it is you're seeing.
>>87199024
No Majel, no Combs, dead on arrival
>>87199030
Black truly don't crack.
>>87199079
>no Combs
Combs isn't dead, it could have him.

>cardassian women!
>oh, with those great necks...
>some of the UGLIEST women in the worl-!
>COME ON, I love- I love klingon women too.
Was William T. Riker (Jonathan Frakes) literally, and honestly, /ourguy/?
Because really, I think he was ahead of his time.
>>87198871
Which is exactly how Jews think
>>87199030
>>87199092
it's hard to get a grip on how much he's aged due to all the angry make up he wore
>>87199121

Riker's libido could save the white race alone.
Willing to work some black magic to bring a fictional character into reality.

>>87194289
She had major drug and alcohol addiction. That shit will age the fuck out of you.
>>87198042
This. Let alone having Jadzia x Worf that high. Fuck that smarmy sloot Trill.
>>87199198
He sure was. This was Stewart in the 70swith a wig

This chick was definitely the prettiest cardie bastard.
just deleted about two paragraphs of a porn scenario of me spooging in a fertile cardie's spoon

It's nothing we haven't been through before with shows like Babylon 5 or Farscape.

>>87199305
He's saying B5 and FS were better than contemporary Trek.
>>87199288
He turned it down because he wasn't going to be responsible for bringing more Cardie kids into the world.

>>87199175
He had to keep his composure because of the crowd of people in front of them.
>>87199322
both good but overrated
>>87199375
I've never really seen mention of FS so I'd say it's underrated.
>>87199369
Frakes and Crusher are both cute
>>87199375
I don;'t think FS is, i'm rewatching now after idk however many years it was since it was on tv, it holds up beautifully, the creature/alien design is incredible yet to be beaten, the sets and stories are inventive the characters are interesting and fun, so far I have trouble finding a flaw
>>87199392
Actually, I take back my original statement. The people who underrate it cancel out those who overrate it but B5 is still overrated in my book. I will say that it gets my attention for being so unique and like an odd collection of dreams in space.
>>87199362
The bone is for real a beautiful instrument
>>87199450
It's one of my favorites, for sure. Nothing like a good trombone sound. I enjoyed whenever Riker busted it out, that was a nice character touch.

For me, it's the sax.

I loved that early Voyager episode where Chapoopie goes after the Kazon and gets captured and interrogated by Seska. When Chooples starts talking to Maje Jal Culluh about the mole Seska has in a private place, the smug levels are off the charts.

The Anglo-Jew mix are the changelings.
The normal Jews are the Ferengi
Bajorans are Palestinians
Feds are the Anglo-Saxons and Celts + diversity hires
