i think the mortal kombat movie is turbo trash, only praised by nostalgia babbies.

I hate all the movies you listed except Captain America Civil War and V for Vendetta. I like Civil War, and V for Vendetta wasn't bad but it's overrated. I also like the Underworld series and most movies from both DC and Marvel and hate Mad Max Fury Road.

Terminator 2 is fucking garbage compared to the first one. Don't understand why so many people freak out over it. Maybe the special effects were cool 25 years ago but as a movie it's just not interesting or enjoyable at all.

The Place Beyond The Pines is so flat and uninteresting. Obviously no one with a creative bone in their body was in the room during that entire process.

Sicario is unironically my favorite film of all time.
Ratatouille is kino and better than Zootopia and almost any other animated movie.

Space Jam, Pokemon Movie, Super Mario Bros Movie: all terrible movies

Pic related is an absolute piece of shit. Never have I encountered a more overrated movie. It's barely even a movie.

Idk how unpopular it is here but I hate Tarantino and Nolan but Snyder and Bay are underrated and Cameron is appropriately rated.
These opinions came after I started browsing /tv/ though

Now that you mention it - I could never get through the movie happily as a kid. Stressful and indeed boring, with dreary music. As an adult I haven't pulled it up either.
I only ever watched it because my cousin male loved it.

Michael Bay is a pretty solid director outside of the Transformers movies (which might be moreso down to script as he handles the action well)

Die Hard 2 is better than Die Hard 3, and so is Die Hard 4 (I haven't seen Die Hard 5)

Goodfellas is garbage. Scorsese is overrated.

Hitchcock is overrated too and generally terrible.

Kill Bill Vol. 1 is one of the worst movies of all time.

Spirited Away falls apart in the third act, most of Miyazaki's movies do, he's very overrated. Mononoke is especially bad.

I'm very unsure what classifies as popular and unpopular movies, but I think I got the gist of it

As a kid I would've disagreed about the pokemon movie and Space Jam but as an adult I completely agree. I can't even say they hold up from nostalgia. Can't comment on the Super Mario Bros. movie though cause I didn't even know such a thing exists
