I watched because I'm related to the Woodhulls. My ancestor wasn't mentioned at all, despite being of the Culper Ring, but it was still fucking great. Trigger warning for historical accuracy autists: it does take some dramatic liberties with fact, in particular its portrayal of John Graves Simcoe as a bloodthirsty maniac, but it is by and large basically true to events.
