I've never watched this show before but sometimes I watch

It goes through 3 phases with actors leaving and coming on. There is 1-2,3-5, 6-7 all 3 have major characters leave and add new ones so you might like one season and not like another.

Having said that Ron is on throughout the whole show and is great from the first season till the end, if you're looking for some of his best episodes try the ones with his ex-wife tammy in them

The first two seasons are almost as good as The Office (I'll leave it to you to decipher which), the rest is passable at best and grating at worst.

It's comfy. It starts out as a clone of the US The Office. It comes into its own around season 2 or 3 and lasts until season 5 or 6. There are worse things to watch.
