Does this happens to just me ? The weirdest thing is the rest of the time I am super against violence but I feel like if I was in this situation in real life I could kill someone without realizing.

If something really embarrassing happens I have to pause the movie and slap my head while pacing. This calms me down. If the same things happens in a theater I usually tell my friend that I have to go to the bathroom so I can slap my head in private. I try not to slap my head until I'm in the stall but if I'm really stressed out I start slapping my head in the aisle. Hopefully no one notices me doing it because it's a bad habit and actually quite embarrassing.

Your brain cannot distinguish between reality and actors performing in a movie. You also say you are non-violent but could explode into extreme violence and not even realize it.
