How much time do you take to read a single GoT book?
About a day for each, I guess.
inb4 every 4chan user reads at a genius level speed.

The Audiobooks took less than a day each.

I read a couple chapters every night before falling asleep. Took a while.

How long will it take you to learn to read first?
>>86952563
Basically this, 2-3 days each because I was being really autistic about reading

In after people who can't read
About hour per 100 pages.

No.
When I read them I think it tooks me ~2 weeks per book. I ready a couple of chapters a night before bed.
reading is for fags

This guy is the only anon with a correct answer. The later books are definitely more of a slog because he kills off anyone worth a damn and then starts introducing retarded storylines nobody cares about because nobody wants to read about Ser Johnny Comes-Lately-To-The-Party by then.

GRRM writing is really easy to read and I speed through the shitty POV's (like most of ADWD). And the first three books are actually good so easy to keep reading. Takes me 1-2 days per book.
does anyone have the other versions of these pictures?
could they dump them please?
>>86952530
I read the first book in three days, during evenings. By the 4th book, it was more of a struggle, and took much longer. I haven't read the most recent one. I think the first book is the only good one.

yes

BBC Newsnight did a piece on Game of Thrones. They brought on:
A member of Scotland yard who works in the department of child sexual exploitation
A psychiatrist who specialises in victims of child sexual exploitation
A literary professor
Their joint conclusion was that Game of Thrones was written by a pedophile for pedophiles. In order to promote and generate acceptance for pedophilia. How do you feel now, that you've been watching a pedo show all along.

What do you mean? That's why we've read it in the first place.
>>86952530
>1,000 pages per book, if that
>2 minutes per page
>33 hours
>1.5 reading per night before sleep
>finish a book in 3 weeks
Not that hard. Even easier if you commute to school/work by bus.
Who /speedread/ here?

Sent ;)
It depends on how fast you read. At a normal pace it took me anywhere from 15 to 20 hours to read those books on average and I have a pretty normal reading speed. How long in days that is depends entirely on how much free time you have and how much of it you spend reading. If you only read an hour each night at that speed it'll take you almost 3 weeks to finish one of the longer books. But if you spend your whole weekend reading you could probably finish two of them before Monday.

Thanks!
>>86952530
Maybe a week but I tend to read on the shitter.
>>86952530
the last one took me about a month-- not because I'm a slow reader but because it was so fucking boring

I tend to skim when grrm takes 4 pages to describe the onion broth. Pick it back up/re read the prior page when you realize he's neck too telling the story
