How it should've ended
No! This cannot be happening! I am in charge here! Lords of the Vale help me! SHANSHA I BEG YOU SAVE ME
Who else is absolutely buzzing for /youngsheldon/
there will be an episode where young sheldons family busts his balls for being an autist but then then his mom sees him getting bullied and come to his defense with their folksy southern charm and tells him its ok to be different
Did people really see this on it's own and hate it? Or is it just because of how divergent it is from the source material. It's really good for what it is, probably Adam Wingard's best movie so far imo.
Besides, I'm going to read the manga now since this has gotten me interested
It's because of how divergent it is from the source material. The characters aren't anything resembling what they were in the manga/anime. Light is supposed to be a chad that's one of the best students in the nation and the envy of basically everybody around him.
L on the other hand is supposed to be a cold and analytical. L never loses his cool let alone tries to solve his problem with violence. Half of the point of L is that he essentially knew who Kira was but he wasn't going to actually take him out until he could prove it (which is basically an impossible task).
Also from what I gather the Japanese don't give a shit about the characters not being Japanese but Asian Americans basically decided that they were going to hate it the second the casting happened.
Ah... dick! I like it.
what made dany fall in love with jon?
What do you think about Japanese dubs of western tv?
We pen and cast the upcoming Elder Scrolls movie
>Will Smith, Idris Elba, and Jamie Foxx star as the Nerevarine, Hero of Kvatch, and Dragonborn respectively
>They all have to work together to defeat an Imperial/Altmer alliance who all use Dwemer technology
all three are Argonians
Is it safe?
New Sky Atlantic series "Britannia" will finally add some flavour to historical drama genre.
Actually, nego legionaries in any part of the empire is not out of the question. Rome owned Moecia, Egypt (which owned Nubia), and Numidia, giving them plenty of access to blacks. Pretty much any foreigner that could fight and wasn't already a slave could join the legion. It was the best way for a man to gain citizenship within the empire. After that it is likely they would be shipped off far from their home so they are less likely to defect and will identify more with Roman culture than their former culture.
So a black legionary in Britannia is entirely plausible. It's not like it attests to any quality inherent in black people one way or the other. It just attests to the expanse and practices of the Roman Empire.
She is totally into him...
Will there ever be a trilogy as great as this?
So why was the bong boxer able to overpower the chink kung-fu? Is chink fighting inferior to superior bong boxing?
>why was the bong boxer able to overpower the chink kung-fu?
Box has the hardest punch, Kung fu has one of the weakest "basic" punches but it's also extremely fast, that's why Karate and Box were usually mixed in this kind of bullshit events and not Kung fu
Bruce Lee said the style he had the most trouble against was boxing.
There are hundreds of styles under the umbrella of "Kung Fu". It's not even a name, it means "great accomplishment". Some european was visiting china and saw someone practicing something. He asked his guide what that guy was doing, and the guide said "He has kung fu" which meant "He is really good" but the westerner thought "Kung Fu" was the name of what the guy was doing.
