You know I used to think this was the best prequel flick but wow I just rewatched it and everything was fucking garbage. The acting, the plot, the special effects, the cinematography, the fights, the coreography, its just really really bad. In EP 1 we had Pod racing, in EP 2 some cool shots here and there and Padme showing her belly, but here? We have nothing, nothing at fucking all.
Jesus, did Lucas even cared?
Watch the Dawn of the Empire fan edit. It's literally and unironically 9/10.
I haven't seen the movies in more than a decade, but going from memory I would probably watch Phantom if I really had to watch one of them.
It's just a silly kids movie with lots of dumb and quotable lines. Clones is just garbage and Revenge is stale where it's not that bad, but you might as well just watch a good movie then.
>>78868843
Are you trying to trick me? The Hobbit edit didn't do much to make the trilogy less shitty.
>>78868891
>It's just a silly kids movie
All Pixar movies are literally for children and yet some of them are classicals good entertainment for all agens. Being a baby movie is not a excuse to be a bad movie
Thoughts?
who?

I just bought a gum shield from amazon because I grind my teeth in my sleep.

He's my boss and the reason I'm going to kill myself tonight.
Lawrence of Arabia was less of a chore to watch than this, Ruffalo whispering all his lines didn't help
2nd half was good though
>>78868755
>second half
Oh you mean le scary basement scene?
That was was trash, and Fincher can't direct a film worth shit.
>>78868771
If it was French you would love it.
>>78868771
I mean the part when RDJ and Ruffalo were dropped in favor of Gyllenhaal and he started doing actual investigation
What's his deal?
he's a big guy
>>78868558
"Gimp" was never used in BDSM gay culture until this movie. Prove me wrong (you can't).
>>78868558
Who cares? Hes dead
why does hollywood always pretend "big" actors can sing? and more importantly why do people (normies) praise their performances so highly even though they can't?
>>78868394
Social engineering. Emperor's new clothes etc.
>>78868394
>>78868457
I'd say it's more likely attributable to the halo effect.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halo_effect
When somebody thinks a movie is good, they're more likely to say that the individual attributes of a movie (including the singing) are good.
>>78868394
Because to untrained normie ears everybody who can hold a pitch and make a slight vibrato is a re-born pavarotti with the talent of mozart. Why do you think so many fagboys make it big on YT doing acoustic covers of popular songs? Eponine was one of the few professionaly trained singers in Les Miserable and yet the Oscar went to Anne because muh headshave and muh closeups on her throat when she sang to imply vocal mastery.

God Mode Fight Scenes
>>78868370
Also this.
'Immortals' was a shit talkie, but a GOAT silent film.
But for trashing mooks, I think the Neo fight is probably the best. He just goes through them all like a kung fu robot with the same stoic expression on. So fucking stylish.
>>78868451
Gonna bump with this scene, as well.
Its kinda God Mode, coz Kryptonians. But also, since its an equal one on one fight, its not as gloriously unfair as the previous two.
Faora vs the US soldiers definitely counts as God Mode though. That scene stiffens my lil old pud.
Snyder is the master.

One last bump with this fucking God Mode kino.
'nuff said.

The Last Boy Scout
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back
How about asking on /wsr/, an actual board for asking for recommendations?
What's yours?
I enjoy shitposting about movies I'll never watch.
i watched all of gossip girl i watched all of the oc
i do it because the girls are so damn hot
I really didn't like any of Chris's storylines in The Sopranos. Who wants to see a junkie fuck up over and over and annoy famous people?AJ was a more compelling character.
So who is this?
Generic Bad Guy #57,094
>>78867914
Pierce or something. Leader of a group of cyborgs that have grudge against wolverine for fucking them up in previous encounters
PABLO?
Im picking up some snacks today and will get my fireplace going when it comes out tommorrow lads. What's your plan?

get drunk, watch the last 5 minutes of the last ep to refresh my memory, and hope that jumped up prostitute doesn't have any lines
didn't realise it was back on already. Going to watch Treasure Island tonight

Kek. Which one?
What are some good films about the LGBTBBQ+ movement?
>>78867717
The Normal Heart
Pride
Schindler' List
>>78867717
It's the LGBTQBNC (Lesbian Bi Transgender Queer Bestiality Necrophile Cuckold) movement. You think it's funny to joke about stuff like this chumptard? You people are pathetic, you white hicks destroyed everything Obama worked so hard to do and are going to destroy this nation with your fascism. Follow your leader and take a bullet in the head.
What are some films with superior theatrical cuts?
Alien is the only one I can think of.
Gladiator
>>78867700
all the LotR movies.
The Professional (1994).
All that extra shit featuring Leon training Matilda, and the "will he? Won't he?" pseudo-pedo shit wasn't necessary at all. The verrsion originally released for U.S. and Australian audiences was far-superior to the version released uncut for Europeans (Leon).
Debate me. You will LOSE.
Why do girls pretend to like Star Wars?
Why does anybody? Fads and popular culture.
God, our culture sucks these days, doesn't it? It's no wonder everybody is branching out into niche internet shit. MSM is so uncreative and low quality. I hope they completely lose control of public attention. I hope we all start entertaining each other and TPTB just get left hanging high and dry with useless infrastructure.
>>78867691
why do you?
Peacocking.
>flick is set in Ancient Greece/Rome
>everybody has a weird pseudo-British accent
>m-mummy w-why aren't they speaking american?
>>78867520
More like why don't they have Greek/Italian accents you knob.
>>78867547
Because most of these films are made by British or American companies and a English accent is easier to understand and can sound imperious, would you rather they speak in the original Latin as well.
