Why aren't we talking about this upcoming kino?
>Everyon'es first waifu who can do no wrong
>Based Johnny B
>IT TOOK 12 YEARS TO MAKE kiddo
>Tom Hanks, I guess

It looks pretty interesting but it will trigger sensitive /pol/ kids because of the cast. Probably something to do with the joos or white genocide, you know, the usual.

Kojima's strong partnership with Sony could be his gateway back to Metal Gear after all.
>On August 30, 2012, the movie was revealed to be back in production, and it was also revealed that Avi Arad will be producing the film. The movie will be a collaboration between Kojima Productions and Columbia Pictures.[4
>On June 3, 2014, Deadline reports that Sony is eyeing Jordan Vogt-Roberts to direct the film.[16]
>On March 30, 2015, it was announced that Jay Basu is going to write the movie's story.[17]

White guys at it aagain!
Maybe females should make better movies? I mean, it shouldnt be too hard considering the garbage that makes it to the oscars every year.

edit: thanks for the gold!
>>79333995
Just watched this whole series recently, really good imo.
I liked how it threw people's lack of empathy back in their face with episodes like white bear, shut up and dance, and hated in the nation.
How underrated is this movie? Or any other thoughts about it.
>>79333947
If murder is impossible in the future, hence why the loopers exist, how did they kill his wife?
Plotholes: the mvoie
>>79333947
Like most time travel movies, it falls apart if you think about it too much.
Was it kino?
I laughed once (1) during the whole thing
And I was watching it with a friend so you know the lols should have been amplified
That's pretty damn bad for a kids animation

I could barely understand what they were saying but i couldnt stop watching
So I just finished watching this movie. And I am not really getting the feels I am supposed to. I know it's supposed to be realistic and portraying the true face of grief, but I honestly do not understand the hype around it. Am I the only one on this boat? Seriously? I have a slight feeling only elitists like this film. Also it fits perfectly with the definition of "oscar-bait":
"... Lavishly produced epic length period dramas..." etc...
>>79333640
>lavishly produced
>epic length
>period drama
zero for three, good try retard
>>79333673
Roast me for having a different opinion than you. Also calling me names is ad hominem and not an argument. And yes it's 2 hours and 5 minutes which is really epic length. Also it's only tag is "drama" maybe not periodical, but still looks really tryharded. Now stop being so butthurt for offending your new favorite drama.
>>79333673
Casey literally walked around for 2 hours being sad and nothing more. That is a far cry from being Oscar-worthy.
So what are the alternatives now that their forums are being killed off for no reason?
>>79333570
TMDB looks good.
alternatives for what? horrifically terrible posts?
>>79333611
discussions about films that are >2 months old maybe. there's literally no alternative to the IMDB forums atm
>>79333606
thanks, I'll check it out

Im looking for films that deal with the implications of not necessarily living forever, but looking young all your life.
I went to a new doctor a few years ago since my insurance changed, this was the first time I've seen him. I'm 33 years old but have always been told I look young, people always guess im 18-20. Anyway, this doctor didn't believe me at first (my old family doctor never said anything because he knew me since birth). Anyway, after seeing him for a few years, he was getting pretty strange everytime he saw me. Apparently after I gave blood a couple appointments ago, he had sent it elsewhere for further testing.
He went on to tell me that my telomeres behaved differently than other people. He said that all my internal organs including my brain had a different way of dividing than my skeletal and dermis/epidermis. After being referred to several specialists it was concluded that I would still age, but at less than half the normal rate. They predict that I will look like I'm 30 when im around 70-80 years ago and after that things would gradually begin to speed up aging. So, I'm basically coming to terms with this fucking strange shit, can hardly believe it myself, and anyone I tell just thinks im crazy and acts weird so i dont really tell anyone, and its beginning to get harder and harder to convince people I'm in my mid 30s.
Im looking for a film that deals with something similar and how to live like this, and implications etc.
Is this pasta? I don't recognize it.
>>79333587
no, its real. not that i expect 4chan to believe much of anything these days.

I know a 67 year old guy who looks 20-25. He also has fair skin and extremely pointy and large fangs. As you might understand, everybody who knows him refers to him as either Dracula or Nosferatu.
Hey says the most annoying part about it is relationships since he finds it hard to connect to women who are actually in their 20s, while most older women are hesitant to go out with a man who looks like their son.
Sketch is best girl, right?
